"The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

"Could be cleaner, dust, broken sign at entrance. Yard is not a hangout space, no chairs or table (it's a front yard). Overall nice stay for what we wanted. "

"Zen was super responsive, making check in a breeze. The hot tub heats up very quickly and there was so much space for everyone to hangout together, or decompress on their own if they wanted. Location is great- only about 20 minutes to Napa. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area! "

"I very much appreciated Andy who is managing this property. The house was very clean, the bed comfortable. Heat is from a unit in living room that effectively heats the whole apartment. Means that the living room is usually warmer than rest of house, but that did not bother us and we were comfortable. The location is excellent and we felt very safe.
