What a perfect place for a group holiday! Bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, an incredible pool, indoor & outdoor dining options, and stunning surroundings of the Tuscan countryside. I actually don't think photos do the place justice - tldr advice is book it!Esmeralda and team were super responsive and helpful before and during the trip.I also highly recommend getting the catering - we had a 3 course meal and pizza night and both were an absolute hit! All delicious dishes.

Wonderful Property!

We stayed 3 nights as part of an extended Italian trip and the entire staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. We didn't arrive until around 10 p.m., but the access codes and instructions were perfect. Esmeralda still greeted us even though it was so late. If we ever make it back to Italy, it will be in the top places to stay again! Highly recommend!

Big birthday party - family and friends

Old rustic property. It isn’t polished but that gives it character. Everything works, with a great kitchen, dining room and living space which flows outside in good weather. Beware though the drive - it is steep and rutted so is not the easiest.

Beautiful Large house

We had a great time here as a group of friends with babies. Pool was huge & helped keep us cool! Several areas to eat dinner! Communication was great & we managed to organise a dinner to be cooked for us which was helpful to have a night off cooking! thank you!

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage mit tollem Pool

Für eine größere Gruppe ein tolles Feriendomiziel, große Küche, tolle Plätze vor dem Haus zum Sitzen, ein großer und schöner Pool, in dem man auch die Hitze gut ertragen konnte. Viele Badezimmer, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen im Haus nebenan. Eine große Freude war auch das Pizzabacken im großen Pizzaofen. Die ganze Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen zwischen 35 und 64 war begeistert.

Great stay!

Our stay at Casa Bini was wonderful. The host was continuously available and attentive for anything we needed. Quite comforting stories to say the least. The pool was everything we expected and the all the rooms were large and very nice for all of our guests (we used every room. Honestly, you can't go wrong here. The only suggestion I would make to the owner is to fix the road. There are a few spots that are quite rutted going up to the house. However, this did not detour us, it was a great experience overall. Also, they recommended a wonderful chef for cooking lessons and making a fantastic dinner for 15 people. It was a great experience and a lot of fun, I highly recommend her. Her name is, Federica. Check her out on Facebook..

Wow, what an amazing stay to celebrate a party over the weekend

I rented this villa to celebrate my 30th birthday. It was everything I ever hoped for. Michele was so wonderful and communicative. He gave amazing recommendations so we were able to get an amazing chef, Federica, to do a cooking class for us and cocktails/dinner for the weekend. He also gave a great recommendation for a wine tour. You need a car but the drive along the villa is such a scenic Tuscan experience in itself. The rooms were more than accommodating for the 11 of us.

Very nice spot

We were at Casa Bini with two other families, in total six adults and seven children. Casa Bini is very big, we did not use every bedroom. We were in the middle of nature on a hill with just two other houses next two ours. But except of Michele who was the person to turn to inside we did not see anybody during that time except him. The house has its history every bed room has its own colour. The big pool is just a 50m stair walk down the hill, it has been refreshed by Michele every two days. A lot of space to relax there as well including a shower down there and a toilette. The next supermarket is about 10 minutes away. Be careful when driving the first meters into the area, the street is very bumpy and should be mended like the rest of the street. We had to bring the waste (it has to be separated into glass, paper, organics, plastics and general waste) down to the entrance area by our own by car (it’s too far to walk). For this rental price I would have thought that this would be included as a service. The house itself was clean, under the tables or in the corners there were a lot of cobwebs, some parts of the walls and floor has to be repaired as well. But it did not bother us, in total we had 10 wonderful days at Casa Bini.

Fabulous stay!

Our vacation was outstanding at Casa Bini. It started off with the fantastic communication from Michele and how organized, responsive, helpful and friendly he was! He was always available when needed and the property was in great shape and well maintained. The pool hit the spot nicely as it was extremely hot and the pool was used by our large group for many hours per day. Overall our vacation was just lovely and we would absolutely stay at Casa Bini again!

Paradise on Earth

Casa Bini is a wonderful location for a family gathering or hosting a large event. Michele, the manager was great at keeping me informed about anything I needed up until my trip and met us there upon arrival. It is centrally located in the middle of northern Tuscany about 50 minutes from Florence. A group of 8 of us came from San Francisco and had the time of our lives. Casa Bini is a large rustic farmhouse on a working farm with 7 bedrooms & bathrooms and packed with charm. It has spectacular views from the veranda where we grilled and drank. There is also a massive lawn surrounding the very large pool complete with recliners and umbrellas. There is wildlife all around and a red fox hung out nearby as we were swimming. There are magpies, badgers, and large hares running all over the land. It’s easy to take breathtaking drives to Siena, San Gimingnano, Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Pisa, or the beaches near Livorno; each location under 1 hour from Casa Bini. You will be surrounded by wineries and vistas you will never forget. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly and I hope to return soon.

Incredible villa in Tuscany

Our accommodation consisted of a 7 bedroom 7 bathroom villa 30 minutes from Florence for six nights. What an incredible location and stay! Our host, Michele was truly amazing! We had pizza night on our first night with appetizer, multiple pizzas, dessert and wine/ beer. Everybody raved about the food and above all - service - which was impeccable! We also had a large dinner prepared by Michele for 22 people with relatives and friends - everybody marveled - it was INCREDIBLE!!! He took photos of our party and truly went above and beyond! We loved the gorgeous pool and property; table tennis (ping pong) multiple seating areas. It was the highlight of our 3 week trip to 🇮🇹 with friends and relatives. Thank you Casa Bini!!! Highly recommend.

Perfect Weekend in Tuscany

Where do I even begin… Booked this place for a long weekend with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. The property: Amazing! Right on the top of a hill, and full of character - we would have needed a full week to properly enjoy sitting in the various nice outdoor areas / terraces… plenty of space for the 13 of us and while the location will require car rentals it is only a short drive from the supermarket (15mins), a great vineyard (10mins), nearby picturesque towns like San Miniato which are great for a day out from the villa. The scenery: honesty breathtaking. The hosting: Michele was the best - frequently in touch to help us sort things out and provide recommendations. He also helped us sort a private chef one night which was great. Thanks for a great stay at Casa Bini!! Will

We had an incredible stay at Casa Bini. Michele was so welcoming and always went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. He even organized a dinner for us on our last night and it was some of the best food we have ever eaten!!! I would highly recommend staying here!

Wunderschöner Wohlfühlort im Herzen der Toscana!

Ein wunderbarer Ort, inmitten von viel Grün, inmitten toscanischer Hügel gelegen. Perfekt, um die nahen Highlights der Toscana kennenzulernen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses in (gepflegtem) toscanischem Landhausstil, gut ausgestattet mit Allem, was man braucht. Grosszügige Umgebung mit viel Platz zum Verweilen und eine grosse und tolle Poolanlage, ebenfalls mit schattigen Verweilzonen, inkl. seperatem Häuschen zum Umziehen, Duschen, Kühlschrank etc. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend gibt auch gerne Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche falls gewünscht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Haus von Herzen empfehlen!! Grazie Sibylla ti tutto!!
