The place was small, but they had a nice pool. We stayed there for 3 nights, and my kids loved the pool. The communication was very good, and the staff was helpful.

Our stay here was unfortunately filled with major inconvenience. Upon arrival, we were unable to access the complex because the host had not provided the necessary permission to security/front desk, leaving us waiting outside for two hours before it was resolved. When we finally made it inside, the home was not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the washing machine was completely non-functional during our stay, and on day three, the water was shut off entirely. While the host eventually resolved the initial check-in issue, the combination of cleanliness concerns and broken/unusable basic amenities made for a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend staying here until these property management issues are addressed. However, I contacted Expedia they were able to issue a full refund for my payment.
