Great time!

Very good overall experience at Maxine´s villa. The house description is accurate as described. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need. The house is located in a fantastic golf area, and not far from the Tenerife south airport. It is comfortable, and perfectly sized for a small family. Our teenager enjoyed the heated pool and the huge TV in the living room. From the villa it is literally a 5-minute walk to the golf academy and the Casa club, where there is a nice and cosy terrace bar. About Maxine, she has been a super kind and communicative host, and always willing to help. Thank you!.

The stay was fantastic. Clean, tidy and as presented in photos. The pool was maintained twice whilst we were there. The host kindly left a welcome pack with water and essentials on arrival. We had a wonderful time !

Erholsame Woche in der Sonne

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Maxines Haus, es fehlte an nichts! Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, alles war sauber und top in Ordnung. Fragen hat Maxine umgehend beantwortet, es gibt also absolut nichts zu bemängeln und wir geben volle Punktzahl!!

Beautiful modern Villa

First time booking a villa instead of a package holiday, and we'll 100% be doing it again. The pool, the 75inch TV, the modern furnishing....so much to love about the house. The small bar, a 5 minute walk, was brilliant. The owners are quick to answer any queries via WhatsApp. You will need a car, but that just adds to the adventure. Overall we loved it, and recommend it to anyone.

Lovely Holiday

Fantastic stay. Lots of space and everything you need in the property. Children loved the pool and were in there as much as possible. Maxine's communication was brilliant with lots of information beforehand and in the property.

This is not just a great modern property but the location is great so near enough everything to be handy but far enough away to be quiet in terms the area. The planes going overhead did not really bother us at all as you can only hear them for a short period. The house has everything you would need and parking quiet and safe. You do need a car though to make full use. We will come back again.

Amazing experience!

We spent a great time in this villa, it seems to live in a dream. You can find literally anything you need inside the accommodation, it’s perfect for a group of friends but also for a family. Area really quite and residential. I highly suggest whoever is looking to “party” or to put loud music to choose another place as we have received more than one complaint after not even 48 hours there just because we have played music a little bit higher than normal. A part from this really really recommendable.

We have just returned from an amazing week in this fantastic villa! Beautifully cleaned and presented with lovely decor and everything you could want for your holiday. We enjoyed the pool every day and the outdoor furnishings are fantastic for a relaxing time in the sun. Plenty to see and do within walking distance, although we made the most of the hire car to watch the sunset at Mount Teide. Was well worth the drive! Maxine is a brilliant host and communication has been excellent throughout our booking. We highly recommend this villa! 5* stay!

Highly recommend

The most comfortable and well equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in. The safety fence separating the pool from the rest of garden is fantastic for families staying with little ones. Lovely peaceful street. We think it’s a great location, 10 mins From airport and 15/20 mins to los cristianos/las Americas.

Schönes Haus aber Laut und nicht sauber

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus der sehr netten Vermieterin Maxine. Diese ist allerdings nicht vor Ort sonder ist wohl in Australien. Das Haus hat mega bequeme Betten und einen schönen warmen Pool. Leider war das Haus sehr dreckig als wir ankamen und in einem absolut inakzeptabelen hygienischen Zustand. Wir mussten erstmal alles putzen. Die Putzagentur hat wohl schon länger ihren Job nicht gemacht. Allgemein wirkt es etwas unordentlich und nicht sauber. Das Haus währe wirklich toll und Maxine hat es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, aber die Putzagentur macht keinen guten Job. Man muss sich auch bewusst sein, das das Haus direkt in der Elnflugschneiße des Flughafens ist und es von ca 8:00 bis 23:00 Uhr durch den Fluglärm sehr laut ist. Alles in allem, ein schönes Haus mit guter Anbindungen an den Flughafen/Autobahn. Wir würden es nicht nochmal mieten.

Besser geht es kaum

Aufgrund von Schwierigkeiten in einem schrecklichen Hotel im Norden Teneriffas konnten wir nach kurzer Rücksprache zum Glück frühzeitig in das schöne Haus umziehen. Die Kommunikation mit Maxine war von Anfang an super, schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Highlight für unsere Kinder war natürlich der beheizte Pool. Die Flugzeuge haben uns im Gegensatz zu anderen Gästen nicht sonderlich gestört. Im Haus hört man davon kaum etwas. Wir bedanken uns für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

We had the most wonderful stay in Casa Blanca. The villa is spacious and bright, beautifully furnished and kept in great conditions. The outside area is also quite big, with garden, pool and car space, and even in January you will be able to catch some sun all day long either on one side of the house or the other (or on the terrace upstairs - so many options!) Maxine, the owner, has been incredibly welcoming and always available; she even left a folder of information on the house and surrounding area for us! Amarilla golf is a quiet area but it has everything you may need: supermarkets, restaurants, etc.. and it’s not far from towns with more active nightlife. Only thing to be aware of (if you’re easily bothered by noise) is that planes fly right above the house, but you can’t hear them from inside as it’s well isolated - and honestly after a couple of days we weren’t even disturbed by them anymore. It’s actually pretty suggestive! And this also means that a trip to the airport will only take you about 20 minutes by car. In just a few words: it’s the perfect place for a romantic retreat, relaxing holiday and much more! Thank you again for your hospitality Maxine; we really hope to visit again soon! Lara

Top of the range property

Very impressive property everything you need is supplied to make your stay pure perfection. Very spacious interior, outside space massive. No compromise on furnishings, appliances and entertainment gadgets, quality all the way! Special thanks to Maxine (the owner) and the kind lady whose name escapes me, they were always on hand when I needed them. Accommodation don’t come much better than this.

The property is really comfortable with everything you need plus more but you have got to be aware of the proximity to the airport I mean low flying airplanes so be prepared for the noice if your prepared for that it's lovely xx
