Good size apartment, comfy beds a large terrace with sea views clean and tidy. The complex is well looked after nice and quiet. Luis the host was very helpful and courteous when we had a couple of issues, also quick to respond

Huge, quiet, great vew, right by ocean walkway

Celia was wonderful checking in as we got very lost not realizing we needed to look for the gated complex entry on a corner, plus our plane was four hours late so it was 10pm before we met her. Great place, grocery store near and a couple of restaurants, but don't make the mistake we did and not realize that the nearby seaside towns (San Blas is closest) are very cool and there are tons of restaurants just a 1/2 mile away via the beach path if you don't want to park. Also traffic out of the area onto the highway stinks, just be patient, or find one of the back ways... And the natural pools are lovely and not terribly hard to ge down too, just wear good water shoes, you'll want to swim! They aren't marked by a sign but there are lots of cars parked on the highway.

Golf in Tenerife

Well located and able to walk to a variety of restaurants and bars. The site manager was easily contacted and sorted out some minor issues very quickly. We would recommend this safe and very well placed Apartment

Relaxing in Tenerife

The apartment is very clean and spacious, in a lovely, quiet area, super views towards the Marina and sea, from the lounge and balcony. The balcony is quite large, the pool and surrounding garden area is very well maintained and great for a liitle chill-out sunbathing. The underground car parking and lift access, to the apartment door, is ideal for luggage and shopping transfer. Communication from the owner, Daniel, is first class, and the support from Tahimi and Irene, during our stay was excellent. We would, definitely, consider a return visit.

Excellent apartment

We had an amazing 10 nights at this apartment. Irene was extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming. The apartment was just as the site advertised, clean, spacious, comfy beds, fantastic large terrace, large pool and the views were brilliant, everything included to make our holiday amazing. To top it off, the weather was going through a heatwave for the whole time we were there, what more could you ask for. Thank you Irene xx

Fabulous

Very nice apartment. Spacious, with a large terrace with a fantastic view. The swimming pool is a good size and the garden well kept and pretty. Apartment furnished very well and extremely comfortable. Irene was fantastic and very helpful. Very good stay.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was lovely and close to the airport. (It costs roughly 20 euros.) All the rooms were spacious and had air conditioning. The bedrooms were large and clean. The bed was very comfy. The sofas were really comfy and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The property wasn't the one in the pictures and the sun was gone by 2pm but it was a lot more private and not over looked at all so it all worked out fine. The property was very secure. The pool area was nice too. It wasn't far to walk to restaurants and bars or local super markets. The restaurants we visited were all great! It is very quiet (but very restful) so if you are staying longer than a week, you might want to consider a car. There is plenty of parking outside the complex and an allocated parking space in the garage under the building.. There is also a lift to the apartment which was a great bonus! Irene was really helpful and was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and would love to return Thank you!

Amazing View

You won't be disappointed with the amazing views from this property. Could have sat on balcony all day. Bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Apartment was spotless when we arrived . We were met by Irene who was lovely and friendly. If I had to be picky I would suggest a dish towel was needed and maybe a dressing table for us woman to sit and do hair and makeup. Other than that it has everything you need. Would definitely return again.

Ruhiges Apartment in gepflegtem Anwesen

Während unseres Urlaubes war es in der Anlage sehr ruhig. Der nahe Flughafen hat bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung war für eine Selbstversorgung gut geeignet. Eisschrank inklusive. Leider ist der Pool sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Es haben sich unzählige Mosaiksteine am Boden gelöst. Nicht so gut für die Füße. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und reagiert umgehend auf Wünsche.

Lovely spacious apartment

Good sized apartment and very spacious patio overlooking pool and sea. Very comfortable furniture, beds etc. Well equipped kitchen. Faultless really. Excellent communication with local representative - thank you Irene! Highly recommended.

Apartment with fantastic sea views

Lovely clean apartment with large terrace and amazing sea views. Easy check in - we were greeted by Irene who looks after the apartment. 5 min walk down to marina. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds. Bedding and beach towels, hairdryer and safe. Secure parking in basement. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a well stocked mini market in walking distance but we also used Hiper Dino and Mercadona supermarkets in Las Chafiras.

Like: the person who met us at the property. The space in the apartment, the view and the grounds. The location was OK. Not good: The front balcony was large but predominantly in the shade for most of the day and completely in the shade from early afternoon onward. There were only two sun loungers - not adequate for a larger apartment. There were no reclining chairs. Cushions on the outside chairs (for the outside table) were not clean. The back balcony overlooked waste land. The kitchen units (part from the appliances) were of cheap quality and the kitchen was not well equipped. The shower was only just adequate. The WiFi was intermittent and non existent some days.

Relaxing Break

We had a lovely relaxing holiday -apartment was fab and we made the most of its fantastic balcony. The apartment was perfect for our needs as we were travelling with our small granddaughter. The complex is quiet and well maintained and the pool area lovely.

Return to Royal Marina Golf

Due to being let down by another Home & Away owner - Nick Parsons, who a week before our holiday told us he had no record of our booking, despite taking our money (which was refunded). We booked this apartment with five days to go! We were met by Irene at the complex who showed us around the apartment, which was much better than the one we hired last year. Washing machine & dishwasher tablets were supplied. There was a complimentary bottle of wine & water. We had also asked for a coffee maker which was there waiting along with a coffee pod machine with pods. We managed to lock ourselves out while by the pool - this was resolved within 20 mins by the wonderful Irene. We are already looking at dates for next year. ☺️ Our only comment would be that there wasn’t enough hangers, so we did purchase 20 in a nearby homeware shop for €4!

All day sunny terrace

Schönes grosses und neu eingerichtetes Appartement. Sehr grosse Süd-Terrasse Terea. Sehr gut gelegen zu den beiden Golfplätzen Amarilla Golf u. Golf del Sur. Nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Erstaunlicherweise fast kein Fluglärm, obwohl TFS nur wenige 6 Km entfernt . Eine etwas grosszügigere Ausstattung mit Geschirr u. Besteck ( nur jeweils sechs Messer, Gabeln etc.) wäre wünschenswert. +++ die sehr nette, umsichtige und zugewandte Unterstützung u. Begleitung durch Irene!

Lovely clean well equipped apartment

From booking to leaving the apartment the process couldn’t have been easier. The owner and the people we met there couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was modern with all the amenities we needed and spotlessly clean. An added bonus was the large sunny balcony with a beautiful view where my 18 month grandson could play safely.

Fabulous and quiet

If you would like a beautiful apartment in a quiet area then this is the perfect place for you. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the people that run it are wonderful, they can't do enough for you and are so helpful. You can venture to other areas to get more bars etc so I would advise getting a car but the good thing is they have a parking space in the car park which is very useful. I feel most of the apartments are residential so there isn't many other tourists to mingle with but some people will like this. The apartment is very clean and has air conditioning throughout. The veranda is very big which is great to lay out and sunbath on. All in all, it is a perfect place to go, thank you :)

beautiful apartment all round

We had the most lovely time in this apartment, it has the most comfortable beds, good large living area and wonderful sun terrace and maintained to a high standard, situated in a secure gated complex within well kept grounds and beautiful pool area. Lovely and quiet and no traffic noise. We will go back to this apartment many times. Irene was extremely helpful with any queries we had. COLIN & FIONA
