We often come to this resort & stay in nearby apartments but this time we were a larger group & needed a villa in a central location. This villa fitted the bill perfectly. Just a short walk to the square with it’s many restaurants & bars - an ideal location. The villa provided all we needed & the owner Jon was available as needed & also provided us with a contact to hire a car from. We had a great holiday in this villa which was perfect. Would definitely recommend

Good quality villa in a great location, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We were on a golf trip and the location and facilities were ideal for our needs. A 4-bed, 4-bath villa is a rarity on the island and we were lucky to find this one. The owner, Jon, couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommended.

Good villa near to good supermarket, restaurants and bars in Golf del Sur. Also an easy walk to Los Abrigos, where there are great places to eat whether breakfast, lunch or dinner.Lovely south facing terrace and garden. Great communication from booking to departing. Will hopefully be back one day.

Clean & spacious villa. Overall the condition of the property was good. In a good location, near to the pool and shops. Although we were there for 10 days, the sheets and towels were not changed. The garden loungers were in very poor condition and two were dangerous. Some of the internal lights did not work & the oven was in need of repair.

Der Besitzer der Unterkunft ist sehr Herzlich und antwortet sehr schnell Bei Fragen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der nähe der Unterkunft. Sehr schön ist die Außenanlage und der Pool.

Très agréablement surpris par la prestation de la résidence. Beaucoup mieux que sur les photos La piscine est juste exceptionnelle. La suite parentale avec vue sur la mer vaut le déplacement. Il faut prévoir quelques pièces pour la clim car il peut faire chaud sur ce coin de l ile

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and had another great holiday. It is very spacious for two people. The villa has all basic appliances, broadband, powerful showers with plenty of hot water, although the towels and bedding were looking tired (possibly more to do with the cleaning company than the owner). The villa is in a great location for bars, restaurants, car hire, supermarket and only a minute walk to the pool. The location is great for couples - with very limited kids activities as the area is mainly residential (which suits us). There is a lovely walk along the sea front to either a fishing village in one direction and a marina in another, where a number of bars/restaurants can be found. We look forward to returning.

The apartment has everything you could need , very close to lots of great bars and restaurants,could do with a few upgrades Internet is a joke ,I wasn’t even streaming could hardly look at social media Tv works of internet so it did work either The main bedroom upstairs could do with blackout curtains as it’s very light with streetlights DVD didn’t work radio we had to make a Ariel for it to work Silly little things light bulbs missing Its nice but needs tlc Second time we have stayed

We were met on arrival, after telephoning the local agent from the airport and shown around the villa and guided on how to use the TV etc. The villa has four bedrooms but as there was only the two of us we used the upstairs bedroom which had a sunny balcony and en-suite. The villa was very clean and everything was in good order. The garden is a sun trap and if it gets too hot, the pool is two minutes walk away. The supermarket and other shops and bars are also very close but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise created on an evening. Very pleasant coastal walks are available in both directions, with a good choice of local and European restaurants for lunch/dinner. Will definitely return - already booked for December 2019!

We booked this villa for our annual golf trip. This was our first trip to Tenerife but will not be our last. We are four guys in our 40’s and 50’s so the main appeal of this villa was the four bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa has everything you will need for a comfortable stay whether you eat out or in, we did both. There is a marvellous patio area to the front of the villa with a large table. We played cards after the golf on the patio and when it got dark we could move the table under the covered portion of the patio and put the lights in. There is no pool attached to the villa but a 90 second walk takes you to the communal pool which I felt was much better as it was big enough to swim in. We were a 5€ taxi to Golf Del Sur however there are far better courses to play. I dealt with Jon Stewart from Tenerife Holiday Homes who gave us all the information I asked for before and during out stay. Any issues were dealt with in a practical way and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back at this villa and I would encourage others to give it serious consideration. Many thanks for a great holiday.

The villa is very well situated, close to good choice of bars & a great choice of restaurants. Inside the villa is very spacious with everything at hand,very well furnished, and spotless inside.my only negative comment would be the television & WiFi never worked half the time
