Small building located 100 m from the beach, with convenient access to the centre and shops. A two-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor without a lift is composed of a living room (no sofa) with a kitchen, a dining table, and two small balconies, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower (not a separate box, over toilet). It comes with A/C and one covered numbered parking space.
