The kitchenette on this floor is fully equipped with a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Accessible via a spiral staircase, the upper floor hosts 2 additional rooms: the first contains 2 single beds and opens onto a balcony, while the second room features 1 single bed and 1 double bed, also with access to a balcony. The single bathroom on this level is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.
