Wonderful Stay.

Beautiful property. Perfect place for our large family traveling together. The host was very attentive, we were happy to have met him and his wife. If were in Abruzzo again we will stay here as it's fairly close to our family.

We had a wonderful stay. Dr Carlucci’s property is fantastic. Built by his grandfather and lovingly restored recently, Villa Carlucci met all of the needs of our American family while we visited our Abruzzese family. The many bedrooms and baths accommodated our children and grandchildren perfectly. The pool and grounds were an added bonus. We highly recommend Villa Carlucci, Dr and Mrs Carlucci and would definitely return. Mille grazie.

Wonderful Villa in a charming area of Abruzzo

What a beautiful place to end our travels in Italy. The region of Abruzzo is stunning and the villa is well appointment and ideal for a large group to spread out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals indoors or a La fresco in the lovely gardens. We visited during Pasquetta and were so well taken care of by Silviu and his wife who own a little cafe and pizzeria in town, the pizza was some of the best we had. There is so much to see in the neighboring towns and we highly recommend the hike to see the Cascada di San Giovanni. Although we were visiting while the pool was not open we still were able to enjoy sitting on the lounge furniture to relax and take in the sunshine. We highly recommend staying here and wish we could have had a few more days to take in more of the sights of the area.

Wonderful end to our vacation

We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!

Fabulous Family Retreat

We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!

A splendid stay in the heart of Abruzzo

We travelled in a relatively big group with friends and family members in three generations. It happened to be a rainy day when we arrived to Villa Carlucci but the warm atmosphere created by Signora and Dottore Carlucci felt like sunshine. The villa is big and well kept and accommodation easily even a bigger group. The area is very peaceful and within an easy stroll to the village. The villa lies by a village road but the traffic is very scarce. San Martino S.M. is a small village with good connections to Parco Nazionale della Majella which hosts numerous possibilities for easier and more demanding hikes. We were lucky to see even some chamois there. Villa Carlucci is a perfect place to stay with friends and family in the peace of Abruzzeze countryside.

Lovely spacious villa, pool and gardens

We very much enjoyed our week at the villa. We were a large group and there was plenty of space. the rooms were very spacious. The pool was fantastic as were the gardens. We also enjoyed walking to the village for supplies and to use the local pizzeria. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

nous avons particulièrement apprécié la taille de cette maison, idéale pour des retrouvailles familiales, ainsi que les extérieurs très bien entretenus avec une piscine vraiment agréable. Rien à redire sur les équipements, il ne manquait rien. La situation est également appréciable, entre mer et montagne, à 2 pas des parcs naturels. La vue est magnifique. L'accueil est chaleureux. Tout est bien.

Villa Carlucci, Berge & Meer genießen ...

Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit in der Villa Carlucci verbracht, die sich am Ortsrand in ruhiger Alleinlage befindet. Der große Garten mit gepflegtem Pool und vielfältigen Sitzgelegenheiten laden zum Verweilen, sportlichen Aktivitäten und zum Frühstücken bzw. Abendessen im Freien ein. Auch das Wetter zeigte sich von seiner besten Seite, so dass wir noch Ende September/Anfang Oktober im Pool baden konnten. Im nahe gelegenen Guardiagrele haben wir kulinarische Köstlichkeiten für unsere Menüs einschließlich frischer Pasta erhalten. Wander- oder Fahrradtouren vor Ort sowie Tagestouren in die Orte und herrlichen Landschaften des Majella-Nationalsparks bieten unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten. Wir haben vieles gesehen und erkundet: Die Berge und hügeligen Landschaften, die der Toscana ähneln, das Meer entlang der Trabocco-Küste bis hin zur Halbinsel Gargano. Antonio ist ein äußerst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter, die Korrespondenz war von Anfang an absolut unkompliziert. Es war uns eine große Freude, Antonio und Rita persönlich kennenzulernen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war umwerfend und sehr beeindruckend. Die Abruzzen und Villa Carlucci sind absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ute und Günter

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und vor allem der Garten war super und vor allem schön groß und gepflegt. Die Umgebung war die Reise auf jeden Fall wert. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war freundlich und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten.

Wir waren die ersten beiden Septemberwochen mit unseren drei Kindern und unserem Hund zu Gast in der Villa Carlucci und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war viel größer und geräumiger als erwartet, der Garten wunderschön grün und gepflegt. Unser persönliches Highlight war der sehr saubere, große Pool, der regelmäßig gewartet und gereinigt wurde. Einfach top! Unser Vermieter Antonio war nett und hatte den Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft schon mit Wurst, Brot, Käse und Obst bestückt. Die Entfernung zum nächsten Strand betrug ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto, der Majella Nationalpark war ähnlich weit entfernt. Mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Einziges Manko für Hundebesitzer : Der Garten ist zwar komplett umschlossen, teilweise aber nur mit einer Hecken, wo fremde Hunde problemlos rein (hatten wir mehrmals) und der eigene Hund (ein Golden Retriever) auch raus konnte... Ansonsten wirklich perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Bellissima Location e cordialissimo proprietario

Abbiamo passato Capodanno in questa splendida villa in 13 aduli e 3 bimbi e siamo stati benissimo le stanze tutte confortevoli ordine e pulite , così come i bagni e il resto della casa . Il proprietario si è mostrato dall inizio cordiale e disponibile . È una villa immersa in questo magnifico grande giardino che d 'estate deve essere uno spettacolo , immersa nel silenzio e l ideale con un gruppo di amici e per gli amici a 4 zampe con soli 25 min stavamo a Monte Giove .Guardiagrele è vicinissima e si si vuole mangiare lì vicino da seguire i consigli del Signor Carlucci : a noi ci ha consigliato veramente bene La cucina è super attrezzata per tutto e buona e anche la Linea wi fi Un esperienza bellissima da ripetere ;)
