Hoteles románticos en San Marcos

"This reflects my overall impression of the management, or whoever is overseeing the front desk or the property. I reached out regarding this matter, and unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance, nor was I issued a refund. I understand that the reservation was non-refundable; however, I was traveling at the time and did not realize that I had booked the incorrect location. When I arrived at the property in Santa Clarita, I was informed that no reservation existed under my name. As a result, I had to make a new reservation directly with that hotel. I also requested assistance in canceling the original reservation made at the wrong location, but no action was taken. While I acknowledge my error, I believe a more empathetic and supportive response would have been appropriate. “I kindly request that this reservation be canceled, as it was made under the wrong location. The reservation was mistakenly booked for Santa Clarita.” at the same name brand hotel, no one answered my rqst "

"En el gral todo muy bien pero en la estancia q estuve la persona del cuarto q m tocó arriba hacía muchísimo ruido y llame a recepción y les valió y no hicieron nada al respecto, simplemente les valió, entiendo q todos tenemos tiempos pero toda la noche y toda la mañana no era posible descansar! Asi q les pido mas empatia hacia todos los clientes!"
