Our four homes combined have a total of 3 king beds, 5 queen beds, 2 full beds, two twin beds, and a comfy sleeper sofa. The maximum number of overnight guests allowed is 22. To preserve the serenity of this stunning Hill Country gem, events, parties, and day guests are not allowed without prior approval.

The Main House is ideal for entertaining with its recently renovated kitchen, with a professional grade 6-burner gas stove top and electric oven, granite countertops, a serving bar with icemaker, and a game room. Retreat to our lavish bedrooms, each exuding its distinct charm – from French doors to decorative fireplaces, and quaint details that infuse character into every space. The master bedroom is a secluded sanctuary with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

Additional accommodations include the Carriage House, a charming guest residence with two bedrooms and a sumptuous bathroom, that comfortably sleeps 4. The cozy Cottage is a delightful one-bedroom haven with a fully screened porch making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The Ranch House is a two-bedroom gem that provides the utmost privacy and breathtaking Hill Country views from its wrap-around porch.

Stonehaven Ranch provides an array of on-site amenities, including tennis and Pickleball courts, perfect for friendly matches and recreational fun. Guests enjoy lounging by the sparkling pool or challenging friends and family to lively yard games. You’ll also find a covered picnic area, a fire pit that is the perfect place to treat your guests to bubbling s’mores, a propane grill, large ranch-style smoker, and ample outdoor seating. Guest Access
You are welcome to explore and make use of all common areas, outdoor spaces, and recreational facilities available. However, please note that certain closets on the property are designated for supply storage and are securely locked. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed in the cattle pasture, pump house tower, and tin house.

Events held on the property require special permission from the property manager, with approval based on event type and details. Fees and suitability will be determined. Sorry, Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties are not allowed. Approved events entail additional fees, deposits, and a signed rental agreement. Unauthorized events may incur a $3,000 fine and prompt eviction without a refund, so let's make every celebration memorable and approved!

**Note: The property features a number of security cameras with video recording in progress. These cameras cover the entrance and parking area of the property. No cameras face interior spaces or the pool area.
