"It was perfect for husband and me. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the place had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio too. Location convenient for our needs and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Also a very nice walking trail just feet away. Jennifer checked on us as well. Very accommodating! "

"We stayed here because we needed close proximity to CSU San Marcos. We loved the neighborhood which was nice for walks . We were just a quick 10 -15 minutes from the beach. Grocery and dining options just minutes away. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would only recommend dark out shades for the bedrooms. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again."

There was homemade banana bread in our room and cold water in the fridge after a very long drive from Phoenix.. their backyard is like an oasis in paradise. "Probably one of the best Vrbo's we have stayed. Being able to park in and utilize the garage is a huge convenience. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They had all the little things that help ease a stay (soaps, garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc...). The community pool was very nice, with a hot tub and nice seating area. Even a bbq! The house was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Fallbrook area. I know...
