Great location, tired beds

Quiet location, good ventilation, spacious, good towels. We would give it 5 stars if bedding and mattresses were comfortable.

The only thing we see that needs an upgrade is the living room chair and couch everything else is great.

Condo on Ocean View

This Condo is located close to the beach! It’s located on a court which I loved because it wasn’t a busy street. This condo has a lot of space, it’s two stories, 6 beds!, and a lot of natural light. Everything is pretty much walking distance…the beach is not even 2min away(on the same street), Hoagies is about 4min away, and cool cat(our favorite spot) is 8min away which felt closer than that.. we didn’t have to drive anywhere because everything is close by!

Upgrades/TLC

This property is in a great location, very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was not very clean, and from time to time found ants in the master bedroom. Pillows and cushions need cleaning as well. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances seemed fairly modern. This could be a nice little bungalow but really needs a good cleaning, upgraded bedding and a lot of TLC.

Nice stay at Pismo Beach

Perfect location. Especially during summer weekends/holidays, so much traffic but from this condo you just walk a couple of minutes to be on the beach. Super for families with kids. Even has 2 reserved parking spots, off the street. There is an external staircase up to the front door. In the unit, there is a bedroom on the main floor, and stairs to another bedroom on the upper level. This could be a concern for the mobility challenged. Things weren't quite as clean as we would have liked. On my bed the bedcover was stained. We had to wash the dishes and silverware before using them. The water had a funky smell, so we bough a case of bottled water for drinking. The property is hosted by a company. You can't talk to anyone in the evenings or on the weekend, unless it is an emergency. Overall, a great location, comfortably accommodates 6 - 7 adults, can add a couple more kids if you don't mind a tighter fit. Really a good price for a large group.

A very Pet smelling condo

Smelled like a dog or Cat had peed kinda Everywhere. Found someone’s dirty shorts and 1 sock under bed😮 Couldn’t use the barbecue because of all of the mold n racks. Clean it up and make it smell better.

The second day they came out in force and covered the kitchen and both bathrooms. Needs new refrigerator it is to old, broken inside door and made lot of noise 24 hours around. People that slept downstairs and in the loft heard it all night. The heater was broken and the remote controls needed batteries and the DVD didn't work. They did send someone over to fix the heater.
