We had a very nice stay. The place was great and had amazing views just as pictured. We would definitely come back. Just had a small hiccup checking in because the cleaner was still there and we couldn't get in until 15-20 minutes after check in. These things happen sometimes we get it.

Absolutely beautiful newly remodeled condo and amazing location on the beach. We celebrated our 45th anniversary as well as my husband’s birthday. It was nice to be close to our daughter and grandsons in Morro Bay and we had a cozy bonfire on the beach below. Thank you Randy and Kristin for a memorable weekend.

The Cayucos condo is aptly described BREATHTAKING! The minute we walked through the door our breath was taken away by how special this place was going to be for our eight night stay. The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach/nautical theme and has EVERYTHING you need for the PERFECT getaway to the charming "last beach town" of Cayucos. All we had to bring for our trip was food items because Randy has thought of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, including beach chairs and boogie boards for a perfect day at the beach. We ate all of our meals on the comfortable balcony with stunning views of the Cayucos beach, pier, Morro Rock, and beyond. The condo is situated such that you feel one with nature and the beach....lulled to sleep every night to the sounds of crashing waves. We love the condo so much that we booked it for another nine days at Thanksgiving. Thank you Randy for creating a special place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Cayucos and its surrounding areas like the Estero Bluffs, Cambria, Fiscalini Ranch, San Simeon Beach, Elephant Seals. This condo is a genuine treasure and we were honored to stay in it.

This is an amazing beach condo. All of the components in this unit are of high quality. I mean all. It's like living on the beach without getting sand between your toes. We enjoyed wine and cheese just about every evening on the deck. We even enjoyed watching the dogs frolic in the surf. The birds entertained us for hours. I remember the days when I was younger dragging chairs, coolers, and blankets, down to the beach. Why did I do that? Because I loved the sights and sounds of the ocean. In this condo you get all that the ocean has to offer by just going out on the deck. I could go on and on. This place is special.

Fabulous! The location is perfect; so close to the pier. It is so nice to step outside and the beach is right there. Using binoculars to watch sea life and birds is great. The home has everything one needs and the beds are comfy. Beautifully decorated, too!

The unit was remodeled fairly recently so everything was really clean and nice. The location is great ( i've stayed in Cayucos before). The complex is right on the beach area so easy to walk out to pier or to town. We had no issues with noise from neighboring units, but since it seemed half the place was empty. At low tide, you can walk south for miles just along the beach. ( If higher tide, then the water hits a rocky area preventing safe passage and you would need to go up to street and walk down a bit into residencial area and then go down one of the many stairs that provides beach access .)The little market in Cayocos is very small but has basics. MB has big supermarket. Fairly close.I did talk with Randy/owner on the Phone with some comments about the electric Grill. He is a very pleasant gentleman.The only negatives I had with this unit were:-- there were Plug In air fresheners in the bathrooms a down bedroom. Definitely don't like that. I am very sensitive to smells. We unplugged them and put in cabinets. Problem solved.-- The dining area was great with the big picture window, but difficult to navigate if you were the one who had to slide into the bench. Prolly OK for kids or just two ppl.-- I suggested to owner they provide either a stovetop tea kettle or an electric one for boiling water for coffee pourover or tea . He said he would for future.Would definitely return.

Third time renting this property! We will definitely be coming back again! Of all the places that we have rented in Cayucos, this is the best! What we love the most is that we are right on the water. You can hear the ocean 24 hours a day! And we also love the beach access.

Third time at this property

This is the third time we stayed at this property. The unit was clean, well maintained and nicely furnished as usual. I never get tired with sitting on the porch and watching the waves break on the beach. The location is great with only a short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

This was a perfect location and lovely condo. The view is magnificent! We 3 sisters came from Seattle to honor our deceased sister who loved Cayucos. We’ve been here together several times, but this was the best ever. The beds were great—important! (I slept on the sofa bed and even it was comfortable! )We hiked at Harmony Headlands, shopped in Cambria, and loved SLO. Had great food. (I agree with others that the Hidden Kitchen in Cayucos is a gem, as are almost all the places we ate. I highly recommend this place, and will return for sure
