The host did not respond to my request for a credit when I told them that the heater did not work. I was totally ghosted. They were responsive at first and sent someone out to fix the thermostat, but it never worked and we never felt warm air. We had seniors in our party, and they were uncomfortable. The stay was fine — it was clean, but nothing special. I would not stay here again.

Overall, our stay was nice, but there were a few things that were slightly off making this a four-star review.Pros:- The host was super responsive. We had issues with the pans which were scratched and rusted. We reached out to the host and within an hour we had brand new pans. This quick response and quick resolution to our issue was really appreciated. - the location was really good. We were within 10 minutes of the beach and walking distance to so many local shops. Even when we had to drive, nothing was very far. - The kitchen and living room were nice and comfortable. - the balcony was a nice touch, but some of the furniture was broken. Also, the barbecue is kind of gross.- The garage was really helpful, we had two cars which we were able to park comfortably.- The house came with beach chairs and beach toys. This was a nice touch but some of the chairs were pretty rusty.Cons:We made a reservation for six people but there were only five dining chairs. This meant that we could not sit together at the same time which was kind of awkward. - The top bedroom facing the highway was pretty noisy. We could hear cars late into the night. As a light sleeper this was problematic. That room also had a bright green light on the fire detector which illuminated the whole room. Again, not great for a light sleeper. - The beds were okay and some of the bedding was tired, old, and lumpy.- Both bathrooms had a bottle of nondescript blue liquid in the shower. No idea what it was.

Location was great and there was plenty of room. Some issues, tho: - life-threatening danger of ZERO WORKING SMOKE ALARMS. They were all either visibly removed leaving behind just the plastic plate that went there, or they were left there with the battery compartment open and empty. - kitchen table needed to be wiped down - one bedroom's shade was thin and damaged, making it difficult to sleep in - all of the windows were open, some didn't close easily, and the road noise through the open windows was not conducive to sleeping.

Great Location

We needed a place close to the Car Show in Pismo. It was walking distance for us. The only thing I would suggest is to have the A/C working as it was pretty warm inside when we arrived.

Great Location & Communication

This condo was about 3-4 blocks from the main drag of Pismo shops. Location was excellent. It was very clean and the communication and check in process was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Lovely and spacious beach house

My two friends and I had a great weekend getaway at this lovely beach home! It was spacious, clean, and super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was great too—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. While it’s tucked at the end of a quiet stretch next to an open lot (so no beach views), we felt totally safe and at ease.The host was wonderful—responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Would definitely recommend for its cleanliness, comfort, and great location

We had 4 adults and one teen for the weekend. 3 bedrooms with a lot of space. Clean condo throughout. A few carpet stains in the bedroom, but that is to be expected in a short-term rental. Check in was a breeze, the owner/manager was responsive to questions. Will stay here again!

Convenient check in via email and keypad at the front door. Friendly neighborhood with easy access to Pismo downtown and beach. Nice boogie boards and beach chairs to use in the spacious garage. Did need to get our own beach towels, shampoo, bath soap, coffee. Noise from the freeway does not allow for open windows on the back side of the condo so more fans in the bedrooms would have been great, or AC for hotter nights
