Perfect beach front getaway

We stayed at this condo for 8 days to celebrate our anniversary. Location is right on the beach with two viewing decks. The community is clean and quite. Condo comes with well stocked kitchen and a lot spaces. Two mins walk to Pismo beach downtown and pier. We had a blast staying here and will come back again..

The condo is oceanfront with easy access to the beach and also is within walking distance to town which has many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The condo was clean and well maintained.

The inside of the condo was outdated and needs a face-lift.

Because our family has grown, we are no longer able to all stay at the condo, but it remains our central meeting place to enjoy our week stay! Again this year we joined together at various times to enjoy our favorite place to laugh and spend a family afternoon together! Fun was had by all, and we look forward to joining together again next year! Thank you for the memories 🥰

Upon arrival The property management made a call to confirm that the condo was ready for us and we were immediately able to go to the 125 Pismo Shore Property! The Condo was very clean and well prepared foe my family! Our week at the condo was lovely ...we enjoyed lovely restaurants, home cooked meals and wonderful weather! Such a great week and we look forward to our week there next year! I’d like to thank the property management group as they were wonderful to work with!

Kitchen equipment was plentiful. Great layout for our kids and grandkids to spread out. Some beach chairs in garage but no sun umbrella, sand toys or beach towels. Overall a great week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in an oceanfront townhouse and it was wonderful. We sat on the 2nd floor terrace much of the time watching the waves, the surfers, and people walking by. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and a teenager. Coastal Vacations makes booking our vacation easy. The property was clean and well stocked for our week at the beach. Just bring your beach towels and walking shoes and you are set. We love Pismo Shores because everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, the Pier, the beach, the shops. It’s wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Pismo Shores for the last 10 years. Usually we stay with family and have stayed here in 125 several years ago. This time with friends we had a blast in unit 125. It is clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies. The kitchen table was a perfect size for all 8 of us for meals and nightly cards games. The BBQ is in excellent condition and the patio table is perfect for outdoor breakfast to enjoy the amazing view. We love the complex and pool house. The beds were extremely comfortable which has not been the case in other units we have stayed in. This was are second week in Pismo Shores this summer and though 125 has not been remodeled much in the last ten years from our previous stays, we loved it. The master shower was updated and the removal of the upper kitchen cabinets opened up the space from our last stay 8 years ago. Kitchen appliances work and the refrigerator is roomy. There were a few minor fixes that I addressed upon check out, slow drain in guest shower/tub, microwave vent was duct taped. Other than that, we love 125 and look forward to our stay next year!

Our week there was fun filled with family at at our favorite place on Central California’s beautiful coast! We enjoy sitting on the deck watching family on the beach or simply enjoying the weather and beauty of the ocean. God willing our family will join here for many, many more years to come!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in about 6 different units at Pismo Shores. This one was jus 'ok'. Ocean front, so fantastic view, and we liked that it was an end unit, but it was very dated and worn. There were cobwebs ALL OVER the back patio, stairs and railings like they haven't been cleaned in a a year. The best deck (upper) had no place to sit. There was one very weathered wooden lounge chair that almost fell apart when my wife sat on it. No other seating up there at all. There were two rocking chairs on lower deck and one did fall apart when I moved it. The ice maker stopped working two days before we left. The inside was ok, but not very comfortable or "homey". It served it's purpose but owner needs to put some TLC into this unit.

Pismo Shores

The condo was exactly as pictured. Enjoyed being on the beach and within walking distance of downtown. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend!

Beautiful view

Beautiful remodeled on the beach condo. It’s not very safe for young children with the round viewing holes in the upstairs that little ones can climb through to the lower level. Overall a great place!

Reservation changed abruptly

We had reservations for this posting, but were told on the day of the check in that we wouldn't be able to stay at this unit, unforeseen work was required in the unit before it could be rented again. Stayed in another location managed by the same folks for a few days, but couldn't stay for the length of time we originally booked (12 days). We were forced to do some last minute research and find a new place to stay for the remainder of the stay.
