Free condominium parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The private garage is temporarily unavailable for parking due to renovation work, but it can still be used to store bicycles, strollers, and beach equipment.

The apartment also features two balconies. As this is an attic apartment, the sloping roof partially limits their usable height, but they remain lovely outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea air.

Just a few steps from the apartment lies one of the Riviera's greatest attractions: the famous Riviera dei Fiori Coastal Cycle Path, an almost 27-kilometre route running entirely along the Mediterranean coastline.
