Charming, spacious, historic with traditional stone walls and high ceilings. The furnishings are of high quality with a long dining table fit for a medieval king and the balcony offers a great view down Calle de la Cruz. De la Cruz is a lively road so you are in the middle of all the Old San Juan action. This is what we wanted but just be aware if you are the early go to bed and light sleeper type that is not the lifestyle.Tip for pick up and drop off passengers and suitcases by car: Calle de la Luna is much less busy and half block walk. I was able to pull over in a space to make it easy, so just make a right turn onto de la Luna from de la Cruz/side street before the unit. There is valet parking on de la Luna as well but if you want to park a few nights the 10min walk from the Dona Fela parkade will buy you dinner in savings.

Great Location in Old San Juan. This truly lovely unit was right in the middle of Old San Juan. We took full advantage, walking to all the sights and restaurants, and to the SuperMax market a block away. Being in the heart of everything, there was a pretty fair amount of street noise, especially since we seemed to arrive on the Saturday at the start of college spring break – though the bedrooms are in the very back, away from the street, and were pretty quiet. We didn’t have a car, and were really glad – street parking was completely full and we saw cars circling looking and not finding spots. The unit had everything we could ask for: good A/C, well supplied kitchen, and washer and dryer in the common area. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Blanca is a gorgeous property located in the heart of Old San Juan with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The property was clean and spacious, stocked with plenty of amenities. We wish the air conditioner in the living room would have worked properly - it was really too warm to fully enjoy that room. We were told a tech would be called but it was not fixed by the time we left. I would definitely give this place another try.

Balcony gives an incredible view of the bluestone streets. The establishment is as depicted in the listing. It’s a place we would like to stay again. Walking distance to a great many attractions and things to do right outside the door. This is a premium location.

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful home in the best location!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and found everything to be absolutely perfect. The home is exactly as depicted in the photos -- beautiful and spacious. The location was incredible! Within easy walking distance to everything, but not too close to hear the bar noise of Calle San Sebastian. After a long day exploring, we loved sitting on the balcony, sipping a drink, and watching people pass by below.The bed was very comfortable, and kitchen was well appointed. I appreciated that there was coffee and sugar/sweetener. Bring your own tea bags if you're a tea drinker! We absolutely loved staying in this home and would happily do so again on a future visit!

Great location

Communication was timely and helpful. Bedrooms aren’t large but good enough for amount of time spent in them. Storage for unpacked clothes was challenging in the smaller room. So we used the dinning room bench. Main Bathroom is nice and clean. But again tight for adults getting ready and girls with all their stuff. The half bath was very nice to have. Balcony was nice for morning coffee and a night cap. And people watching. Overall the property is as nice as the pictures show. Convenient walking to food, shopping, and the forts.

Old San Juan vibes throughout

The location was perfect and one of the best and most desirable restaurants is just below the property. We were there during spring break and I didn't realize how popular San Juan is with college students, so it was noisy, let into the night but you couldn't hear any of it in the bed rooms. There is a market straight down the street a few blocks and everything is walking distance. The shower is a bit cozy, if you are a large person but the unit itself is grand and gorgeous!

Best location in Old San Juan?

Coming to Puerto Rico and being allowed to live in one of the old colonial houses was a dream! - Maybe an extra lamp in the living room???Super location and short distance to everything you could want (except beaches - which are an Uber ride away)Impeccable communication with the landlord.Would definitely recommend this apartment to others!A little on the side, but would also recommend a trip to the fantastic Italian La Lanterna for a better dining experience.

Villa Blanca is Amazing

Villa Blanca is an amazing apartment in the heart of Old San Juan.Walk everywhere. Beautiful open air windows overlooking Calle Del la Cruz. The space is awesome, plenty of room and everything was exactly as stated in the listing. Villa Blanca is equipped with everything you need. Host was super responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place!

We loved this location and the apartment itself. Everything was clean and comfortable. The AC worked and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was a lot of fun as well. Unfortunately as much as I wanted to give this a 5-star I couldn't for a few reasons. For the price, a few things were missing. There were no kitchen towels. Without a dishwasher, we were unable to dry dishes or dry our hands. Secondly, there wasn't any hand soap to be found. I asked the manager three times if they had any and couldn't get a response either on Vrbo or by text. The television didn't work and we didn't get a response until mid-morning the second night. It was fixed by mid-day. Other than that, it was perfect and we highly recommend this apartment ... if you bring your own hand soap and kitchen towels.

Everything You Need In Old San Juan!

Perfect location in Old San Juan. Everything just steps away. Restaurants, site seeing, shopping, bars, and the people. Wonderful experience. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place in Old San Juan

Central location. Easy to get to sites in Old San Juan and the the plaza where you get transportation for day excursions. Place is beautiful with floor to ceiling doors/windows that open to let the light in and hear the sounds of the town. Good communication prior to visit and during visit. Would absolutely stay again. The place does fill uo so book early.

Nice, clean apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. The living room was also great for relaxing as a group of friends. The only negative was that the water temperature in the shower was hard to manage.

Great Apartment

Enjoyed our stay. Near shopping, restaurants, accessible to transportation. Wish the maintenance people did not come in to paint because I enjoyed having my coffee in the outside terrace.

Great Stay, bumpy start.

Great location, very clean and comfortable property in the heart of Old San Juan. It was easy to walk to everywhere within old San Juan that we wanted to visit. A couple small issues: We arrived late at night (11:30pm) and the code for digital entry didn’t work because the box is broken. There was a physical key box but we didn’t get code for that. Called manager..no answer, texted manager and sat on sidewalk. 10 minutes later got text response with code and was able to get inside. This is where the next issue was…at least 85-90 degrees in the apartment. I understand not running AC 24/7 due to costs, but at least turn on 1 room on day of guest arrival please. I would stay again it really was a beautiful place and great location, just be aware of the things I noted.

Perfect location to feel immersed in local culture and history.

We LOVED our apartment. Easy to walk around town and not be inundated with cruise ship tourists. Great food right in our block not to mention a great grocery store and parking deck. Any issues we did have were resolved quickly and with care. We’d visit again.
