DON'T STAY HERE. KEEP LOOKING. This is the worst vacation experience I've had in my 30 years of travel. I didn't receive instructions on how to access the property, which turned out to be very complicated. A taxi/Uber cannot approach the property directly. GPS takes them to a locked gate. To enter the property you have to make several turns to find the entrance to the gated community. To get a taxi out, you have to walk back to that gate to mee the taxi, about a 3 minute walk. Although i pre-registered and added my guest to the Utium portal, when I arrived there was only one, very small and worn beach towel. I spent the next two days trying to get a second one, to no avail. The manager I was texting with twice assured me they would bring an additional towel, but none appeared. The actual apartment is acceptable and very clean. All the windows are frosted over because it's on the first floor. So, there is absolutely no view. It's basically and sleeping and cooking apartment, not someplace you're going to want to hang out. Twice the management said they would consider a refund, but I haven't received one yet. All I can do is highly suggest you DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
