Property manager Edgardo was very responsive to all questions and issues. Loved the openness and layout of the common areas in the home and especially appreciated the covered outdoor area- which allowed outdoor gatherings even in rain.

This tranquil villa was enchanting - our expectations were exceeded in every way. The home is spacious with a designers approach to style and comfort. The experience was nothing short of magical for our family of 5. The neighborhood is safe and the property management team made sure we had everything we needed with a white glove approach to service. We were well taken care of, the hostess was attentive, and we made memories that will last a lifetime during this stay in PR. Thank you Dorota, & Edgardo!

This was my first and last time staying at this property. First of all, check in was not smooth. My party was given the wrong code to get in. We finally get in and we were unimpressed with this property for the amount of money they charged. The pool was dirty. Next, the house was NOT clean. There were dirty pots in the kitchen put away. The dish washer has mold in it. The stove does not work properly and most of the writing by the control knobs is worn off. The sliding door in the dining room does not close all the way and we felt unsafe sleeping in there at night because the house is not secure. Next, the bedrooms ( with the exception of the master bedroom) had low uncomfortable squeaky beds with flattened uncomfortable pillows. The bathrooms were dirty, toilet and showers needed to be cleaned. The showers still had someone's hair in them and the toilets had rings in them. I have NEVER stayed at a property that required this much cleaning... Next the walls in the bedroom all need to be plastered. There were bubbles in the paint and it was damp in those areas. One of my staffers sat in a chair on the final day we were there and it broke. The host sent a message the day after we left to accuse my party of breaking into closets (that had no locks). We had to look for towels, face clothes, pillows and blankets since they did not leave enough to accommodate.Hosts house is unsecure and they had other people on the property doing work prior to our arrival (house is old and worn)

We had the greatest time staying at this amazing house / villa. It was a group of eight of us, including some couples, and everyone was able to get their own room, which was the best part of the stay. The place is very spacious, has air conditioners in every room, which are a huge plus, has a great pool, has laundry facilities, which were amazing to use during the trip, and the walk to the private beach was so easy. The location is also great. It is in a private neighborhood but coming in and out was extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again and it made our trip to see Bad Bunny unforgettable. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this property. Maybe only downside was having to clean up a bit more than usual compared to other properties but thats pretty much it and the fact we had to be a bit quieter due to the neighborhood but in all honesty, those are very small things that did not take away from the experience at all!If youre looking for somewhere with lots of space, privacy and awesome places to hang after exploring PR, this is definitely a great spot to pick.

Magical Stay in Isla Verde

We were so lucky to find this wonderful stay that accommodated three families comfortably! It was perfect. The kids swam each day in the warm pool, and the adults enjoyed the restaurants nearby. It was centrally located to Old San Juan and easy to access other locations on the island. The property manager was attentive and responsive. Great place, fully stocked kitchen and great AC to combat the August heat! We can’t wait to come back.

The property was beautiful and perfect for our family stay. I am pregnant and our 2-year-old was with us and it was a great fit for what a family needs on vacation. Spacious and with great amenities! we thoroughly enjoyed the pool (daily!) and loved being able to walk to the beach. Also really great coffee and food options very close by.

Great big family house

The house is beautiful, very roomy, clean, great bathrooms. The pool was awesome. The beach is great for kids and has some snorkeling but challenging to get to due to some rocks but not bad. Good restaurants around the area. Drawbacks were the grill didn’t work for us and the dishwasher had some issues. The dressing closet was spacious with plenty of space but no outlet. Overall highly recommend!

Good Property

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Getting in the first time was a little tricky. The property was nice but area outside the gated area was a little rough. Some people in our group said the mattresses were hard. The one in the master was fine for me though. Edgardo was very responsive and easy to work with. Property could use a little upkeep but overall it was good.

Great Birthday Getaway

Pros:- The check-in process was good. There was a little delay because we requested early check-in.- The amenities/rooms were perfect: spacious living room, well equipped kitchen, appliances, very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi with comfortable lounging chairs. Ample dining & sitting rooms. And last but not least a laundry area.- There was some great information left in the Welcome Packet. It was lengthy, so some things we found on our own.Some things that could have been better:- In an effort to follow the instructions in the welcome packet, we ensured all lights and A/C units were off when we left for the day. There was a light in the sitting area we could not find the switch for. We couldn't figure out how to turn off lighting on the master bed headboard which came on automatically. Adding labels would assist in finding what goes to what. - In the master bedroom, the linen needs to be replaced ASAP the fitted sheet had been used too many times been used too many times where the sheets now has beads.- There was the scent of an animal when entering the front and sliding doors. Furniture and/or drapes possibly need odor neutralizing.- Water leaked on the first bathroom floor when showering.- Leaving the gated community at the end of the stay was a little confusing. Possibly because we got an extended stay, but we had to have a resident open the gates so we could depart.Overall, everyone really enjoyed themselves at the property. Excellent for our birthday getaway!

Very nice stay

It was a great stay in a very nice, secure location. The house was clean, large and perfect for our family of 7.Edgar was great for recommendations for a private boat tour of the islands, and amazing restaurants were walkable distance. Pool and outside area were very nice.

Beautiful Property in Excellent Neighborhood

We had a great time in Puerto Rico due in great part to the our choice of Villa. Even though our flight was delayed, Edgardo - our property liaison - was very cooperative and accommodating. We were able to enter the property without issue even though we arrived much later than expected.The Villa itself is very nice. There were plenty of bedrooms for our 5-person family, and every room had its own AC unit to keep us cool and comfortable. The towels and linens were fresh and clean, and the facilities were also clean upon our arrival. The pool was the highlight of the property and we spent hours at a time relaxing in the warm water. With the Villa being in a private gated community, we felt very safe during our stay.One worthwhile note is we happened to travel when the entirety of Puerto Rico was suffering from power outages. On one night, the whole island lost power for over 8 hours. The property had a backup generator which ensured we still had power and, more importantly, AC to keep us cool throughout the night. What a relief!If you are looking for a nice place to stay while in Puerto Rico, with plenty of room and accommodations, in a safe neighborhood while still being relatively close to the markets and Old San Juan area, we highly recommend this location!

Family-friendly, safe, great communicators

The home was located just mins from the airport and Old San Juan. Great location! Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out, and the out door area and pool were a major highlight. More impressive than the house or amenities, was the communication with the property mgmt. An issue that was pointed as soon as we checked in was immediately handled, and they were in constant communication during a 24hr island-wide blackout. Thankfully, the home also had a whole-home generator, which saved us from any major trip setbacks.

We had a wonderful week at this property with 6 adults and 2 kids. It was a great location to get to old San Juan and over to Fajardo and el Yunque. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The family loved the outdoor space and the pool.

Home away from home

Spacious, comfortable spaces (small kitchen, but just fine for us). The patio/pool was a particularly enjoyable outdoor space any time of the day. Wonderful time was had by all. Could walk to morning coffee, see ocean, beaches, bus, stores.

Perfect House for a Big Group

Nice place!

Just as described in VRBO listing. Property manager responded in a timely manner to our messages. Some closet shelves were on the floor, but not a big issue as we still had plenty of storage for our week here. One bedroom (or was it two) didn’t have closets, but we only needed three bedrooms, so it wasn’t an issue for our stay. Great location…walkable to groceries, bars and restaurants. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and T-mobile district. Would stay here again!

A private oasis in the center of it all!
