The only best thing about this place is the location. Pretty close to everything.The place has a big roach problem. Kids were really afraid and didnt wish to walk on the floor barefoot. The sofas and the living room furniture is also very old and mouldy. Please skip if you have any other option. Not worth the price offered.

Our Puerto Rico Experience

The facilities were incredible. Our host had snacks and coffee available to us which held us over until we bought snacks.The beach was very close by, shopping and restaurants were excellent.We felt very safe at our location.

Just Right

The area wherr the property is located is safe, always felt secured. Its convenient, beach walking distance, garage for rental car. The property has everything you need from plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. Its clean, with good air conditioning,plenty of rooms for the guests,just bathrooms needed a little update and hot water was on and off but manageable. internet did not work on top floor. Beautiful view. We were all extremely Happy to stay here. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Great property in Isla Verde for large family or group

Our stay at La Mancha was perfect. The neighborhood was great. It was close to the beach and had lots of options for restaurants nearby. The property was clean and well kept with lots of amenities. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Upon arrival late in the afternoon the refrigerator had a few items to get us through the evening so we did not have to go to the grocery store immediately. The kitchen was very well stocked with those items you don't want to have to purchase for just a week's stay. This was such a nice jester. The view from the beach is nice, and it is very close by. The chairs and towels made it much easier to go to the beach for a while. The parking space was very challenging. We had a tag for handicapped parking but were denied access by the guard. Communication with management was very responsive and informative. The upper floor was clean in the bedrooms but the bathrooms could use some major cleaning. On the first level, the floor was dirty and we did not have the tools to wet clean the tile. There was a vacuum cleaner. Excellent instructions were available to help with the rules.

Great location, clean and very organized

This unit is very clean and stocked with lots of things you would need, towels (beach and bath), beach chairs, even some complimentary food/drinks. The communication was quick and clear. The hosts accommodated all of our requests and were helpful and friendly. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and places to shop for supplies.The location is perfect for convenience.The only minus is that the unit is a little older , but is nevertheless clean and everything works so it’s not actually a big deal. Overall I’d recommend this unit to a big to medium group as a base for sightseeing and relaxing with nice views and is a comfortable place to hang out.

Good experience

Very comfortable, clean, & great location. Only 2 issues are the Hot water has no good water pressure and the condo needs major appearance & appliance updating. But overall a pretty good experience.

The property is fine but it needs major upgrade. The bathroom is old and outdated. The tubs is in terrible condition. They were painted to make it look new ( nobody painted bathtub). The kitchen is also very outdated. The property is rented for 10 people but there are only 6 chair for dining. Worse of all there is almost no water pressure and hot water. And there is only one reserved parking space for a 3 bedrooms property. It cost additional $25 a day nearby for additional vehicle. It’s very hard to find a free parking in the street. For the price tag, the property should be around 4 star but it’s only about 2 1/2 star at best.

Couldn’t have picked a better place

Since the moment we arrived, our stay was everything we wanted. Place was beautiful. Got our family of 8 perfectly. Clean, convenient to everything and property manager was more than accommodating. We arrived early and asked if we could possibly get an early check in and they were able to do that. We didn’t leave til late at night and asked if we could possibly get a late check out and they made that happen too. We would definitely rent again. Thank you thank you!
