We went to T-Mobile District, Isla Verde Beach, Old San Juan, Piñones, and Condado, and we ate at different restaurants. The apartment is close to everything, only 10 minutes from the airport. The area is safe, and the apartment is comfortable. The apartment is a little outdated, but after staying in a hotel in NY for a week, this apartment feels spacious and nice/clean; the price is right, and the apartment is great!

Perfect location right on the main boulevard one block to the beach entrance. The house was clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning which was awesome coming back from exploring on a hot summer day. Easy parking near the elevator, nothing over the height of a minivan can enter, so beware. Would definitely stay here again.

Top of La Mancha is located in a great spot near town, shopping, beaches, restaurants and the likes. Our family of 10 stayed here for a full week, everyone enjoyed the pool onsite and the short walk to the beach. Although there is only one alloted parking spot on the property, we learned there is a municipal lot behind the Walgreens down the street that charges 5.00 to park. A good spot to leave a 2nd rental if you need it. Our only complaint was about the old sunken cushions on the living room couch...not comfortable at all! We would stay again.

Great property, just what we needed for our trip

The property was charming, clean, easy to access, and worked well for 8 adults to have both private and shared spaces to enjoy a long weekend. The public beach is only a short walk and the pool on the premises is clean and a nice place to relax.
