Great Condo

Condo was great! It lined the main street and marina. The boats played loud music during the day and at night lots of loud cars, but if your good with back ground noise, you will love this location. Very close to many beaches, waterfalls, rainforest! Host was very patient and very quick to respond. Condo was beautiful and very clean. Chairs for the beach and cooler available. Beds were all extremely comfortable!

Beautiful spot!

Great condo across from the marina, 3 pools, great bedrooms for 2 boys that needed some space to spread out. Beautiful condo with kitchen that we could eat in or dine out in local restaurants. Great host and loved the island!

The property served as a place that was functional but it did have thing that were broken when we arrived which I told the property manager . It did have additional items for going to the beach which was great but all the furniture was very dated but it was great for the location

Accommodations were great for the entire family. The location offered many amenities that made our stay delightful and the attentiveness of the host was amazing throughout our stay. thanks so much for a wonderful vacation.

Spring Break 2024

The most relaxing and beautiful stay at Peña Mar. Anthony was extremely helpful and responsive if we had any questions or requests. The condo furniture needs updating, but the nightly price is very fair. The grounds of the Peña Mar are beautiful and the pools are clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Getting through the gate takes time

Condo was not the cleanest but at least there weren’t any bugs! You can’t even sit on the couch it’s so broken down and saggy. The pictures that are online of the condo are pretty outdated. There wasn’t any internet when we arrived but he was very responsive and got someone out to fix it after 2 days. There wasn’t a hair dryer, he said he’d ask the cleaning lady buy never did hear back from him so never got one. Was not the easiest to find the mailboxes to get the key to the condo. We had to walk through a meeting going on to reach the mailbox. There were a lot of lockboxes attached to the rail outside the door but not for this condo. Would have been so much easier to do it that way. It does face the main road so it’s very noisy with the cars going by, no soundproofing whatsoever. It was a good location, not a far drive to things to do and town was close. You can walk to a restaurant across the street that’s on the water and a couple bars too.

Great

The location is great yes it’s about 1hr and 40 mins from San Juan but it was so peaceful and we loved it. The apartment was super cleaned and we had new bed sheets and covers and towels. I’ve seen alot of reviews on where they complain about stuff about this apartment and seriously the only thing I would change if I was the owner would be the sofa. Besides that everything was perfect and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely rent again here when we come back.

The condo is big , but the furniture is in terrible condition, you can’tseat becaue the cushion are so bad that you sink , the bedspread are in very ugly conditions , the tub in the second bath was dirty , the master bath shower curtain full of mildew the system to get the keys is too much 1 room have no dresser there is no lamps in the bed no kitchen towels really wasn’t a good impression

Perfect for our family vacation

This was perfect for our family of 6! We had space, we all had our own bed. It was clean. Perfect location to the rainforest, beach and airport. Would not change a thing. Alex was super responsive when I had a question before arriving. Would definitely stay again.

Quick mental break

Te location of the condo was good. I enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and looking at the marina. I did not like being on the first floor but that’s just a preference of mine. The location had 2 pools. The one closest to us was a bit “buggy” seems like one of the filters were not working but we headed up to the second pool and it was nice. I loved the restaurants near by. The condo was spacious and perfect for my husband ,mother and daughter. I would rent this property again.

Great location if you want to explore PR

This location was perfect to explore PR. We would travel around during the day and come back and use one of the 3 pools on property. The condo fit our family of 6 perfectly. The location was secure and close to so much to do!

Vacation Time

Condo was spacious and really nice location. Clean, had all normal amenities and for our needs. Issue with microwave was dealt with in a timely and management was very responsive. Not far from beaches, good food and gated community. Security at the gate was clear about safety and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would stay here again and have shared with friends.

Decent place to sleep

The place can definitely use an update. The front door seems to be coming apart, the living room furniture is busted and the overall cleanliness is not what you would expect. The property staff and security were helpful and friendly. The club pool was awesome! The hole family enjoyed it.

Amazing stay

My family and I stood here from February 22 to February 28,2023 The most amazing time. Everything we needed for the beach was available in the apartment,The manager was great at responding to msg. The fact that they have 24 hour security made me feel very safe I would definitely come back again for a visit.

Furniture need to be upgraded, beds NOT good at all, room lighting very poor.

Family Vacation

This is a quite small town with two beautiful beaches down the road. The condominium was spacious and always had 24 hour security. Anthony was available for any questions at any time. Google gave us the wrong location, but Anthony was helpful to get us back on track!
