Great vacation
-- We rented for 15 days.
The place is located, at walking distance, of a beach. Lest than 3 (driving) to gas stations, fast foods, pharmacies, Churches, and local kiosks.
The area was very quiet and neighborhoods were nice. The place has 3 rooms (2nd floor), however, not bunk beds I had to get an inflatable mattress (We were 3 adults and 3 kids; 2 adults in 1 room another in the smallest room and 3 kids in one room) so my little girl could have a bed. There is a futon in the leaving room but no one wanted to sleep downstairs alone.
The house is outdated, however, packed with many useful things (I believe people leave stuff behind and the host keep them; smart!!!) which was a plus to us. My mother rented a place nearby that was modern and it didn't have half of what Sue's rental offers. I'm a practical person so I didn't care if the place was modern.
I would definitely rent with Sue again, in a heartbeat.
