Host was very communicative. Location was walking distance to lovely beach and Old San Juan. View from balcony was lovely. Room itself needs a deep clean and facelift. Overall our stay was nice, but certainly not high end.

Amazing view and great amenities

We had a great time on our stay and were super impressed with the view we had! The bathroom was spacious, pool was nice, and staff was great and spoke excellent English. Proximity to beaches is okay, not excellent, but a worth it trade-off for the view! Highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

I absolutely loved our stay. Property owners/management team went the extra mile for us. It was much appreciated for what you all did because of our flight cancellation check in day. The property was very clean and looked as advertised. The view was amazing. My only issues were the bed and units on the balcony area. I prefer a much firmer bed and the AC units sit on the balcony area, and they put out a lot of heat. Other than that our stay was fantastic. I’m definitely staying here again on our next vacation. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful View!

Might be the best view I’ve ever had, great location! Nice pool, Nice room. 2 AC units on small balcony make it difficult and hot to enjoy the view, only 1 person can stand out there at a time. Toilet needs repair, jiggle the handle and you’ll be ok. 2 beaches within walking distance. Uber coverage very good.

Affordable place to stay in a good location

It’s a great location for the price. Sleeping in will be hard because the sun rises directly in your face. I think it will be better if it’s possible to keep the room dark. Also complimentary water can be good as travelers can arrive late and thirsty. Overall this is a great property for the price and location. Nothing fancy but you are on vacation right and you only need a place to shower, rest, and sleep. Washer and dryer is available which was key. I love it and I’m staying here again.

Fun stay

Great place in a central location to all the historic and tourist areas. As mentioned in other reviews, the AC units are located on the balcony, this is not ideal. There were mugs, glasswares and silverware but no plates. We left reusable plastic cups so you can take a drink to the pool (no glass allowed on the pool deck). Staff was helpful and friendly, good pool and plenty of towels.

I am going to review the property manager West Indies rentals and the San Cristobal studio separate. West Indies rentals - I would recommend anyone to book with them. Communication was spot on from booking till checkout. I even had questions before booking and they were happy to answer them. Very clear instructions on check-in and check-out. They even allowed me to checkin couple hours early. Had couple of issues with the room and they were taken care of within a day. San Cristobal studio - Never again. Room was clean, very good view and having laundry inside the studio was a really good thing. Problem is the balcony especially considering the awesome view you get. It's one of the smallest in the entire building to begin with and on top of that it has 2 AC units with literally 2 feet x 2 feet of space for you to stand. With 2 AC units running non-stop, it becomes so hot to stand in that small space. I tried turning off AC completely, but the second unit belongs to another room. In general the area felt calm and safe. Photos are wrong though, the mall is almost abandoned now with only 3 stores or so. 15 mins walking to Condado area with tons of restaurants. Parking on that mall was easy and bit cheaper when compared to Hilton's parking. $19 for over 7hrs when compared to $25 in Hilton. Easy access in and out of highways. I would definitely book with West Indies rentals again, but definitely not San Cristobal studio. They have several other good studios in that building.

Location Location Location

Property was nice and convenient. The bed was very lumpy and not very great to sleep on but otherwise it was a wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk (NOT the property manager) was very helpful when we arrived. . Had a few questions/issues for the Property Manager but she didn't respond to me in anything less than 24 hours, its worth noting I was there from Friday until Tuesday early morning so perhaps they do not work on weekends.

What a gem‼️

This room is clean, spacious, and well stocked. The view is really beautiful. Sleeping with the doors open to the patio gave a great breeze with comforting sounds of the ocean waves. Check In and out was super easy and communication with the property manager was great as well. The location is awesome and central enough to walk or uber around SJ. I will return to PR and to this unit again if it’s available. I’d definitely recommend this place to others. The only suggestion I’d make is to have another waste basket/garbage can in the apartment.

First time in San Juan PR.

The staff was so helping and friendly, the property was cleaning and beautiful like the pictures! The manger responded to every question and or concern I had in a timely fashion.However , the jets in the Jacuzzi wasn’t working but overly the stay was amazing and I’ll definitely be returning.

Very nice stay

My stay was very good. The front desk was very helpful and respectful. The room was excellent and close walk to 2 different beaches. The only complaint I would have is the bed have a sink in the middle and the ice machine was broken. Other than that, I had an enjoyable stay and would visit again.
