  • Linda encantadora sin ascensor situado a 20 pasos de la arena de la playa más hermosa urbano en Puerto Rico. Principal con una cama matrimonial y el segundo dormitorio es un mezzanie con dos camas individuales. Un cuarto de baño y también, tenemos una ducha exterior y una piscina privada climatizada, a estrenar. Situado entre el Condado y Ocean Park, San Juan, una animada vida (y la más segura) barrio. A poca distancia de una gran variedad de restaurantes y locales de moda y 10 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto y al Viejo San Juan.
    Disfrute de la brisa apacible y el sol por las mañanas y luego divertirse explorando restaurantes, pubs, discotecas, etc. en Condado (bebidas), Viejo San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (discoteca), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) por las tardes . O simplemente hacer un picnic en la noche en la playa. Tenemos seguridad las 24 horas!

    CLASE DE YOGA TODOS LOS MIERCOLES: Usted puede venir a la clase de propietario en la playa todos los miércoles desde las 8 am hasta las 09:30 am.

The apartment is amazing. I did expect from the description that you'd be able to see the beach fron the upstairs balcony but it is so close to the beach and the wading pool that heats up is so great that it didn't matter. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean and very cute. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances, and they provided both regular bath towels and beach towels. The location was literally right at the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

Amazing location, perfect set up and very clean. Ana is amazing and was the best. Very quick to respond and very helpful. Puerto Rico is beautiful. The beach is literally 12 steps away.

Great location for easy setup/tear down for beach days…Love the neighborhood, everything worked as it should have. Property owners were helpful and communicative! Wonderful stay!

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is great, and in walking distance to everything we needed-grocery store, restaurants, stores, and of course, the beautiful beach! The pool is an added bonus! The hosts are spectacular and provided us with so many restaurant and activity recommendations. Highly recommended staying here!

Everthing about our experience was wonderful.The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and at the beach. Mom and their aunt appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and everything about the appartment..I was happy for your attention and communication with me, would definitely would recommend.

Ana was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Ana gave us a list of walkable restaurants and cafes that were great! Safe and easy walk to beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool. The house was cozy and stocked with all the essentials.

Literally few steps from a beautiful beach that feels private. Only few people go or the people that live around .the condo has a small pool but is private and good enough. Just one bathroom but if you work together shouldn’t be a problem. Near everything. Walking distance to restaurants, bars , bakeries supermarkets and pharmacies. And if you are driving is close to everything. Old San Juan is just 20 min . Airport is just 20 min. And easy from there to go anywhere because hight way is close by. Plus condo has everything you need for the beach. Umbrella chairs small cooler. Beach towels. And 2 boogie boards.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for our family, comfy, steps to the beach, and close to restaurants. The hosts were super helpful and kind. 100% recommend this for others and I know we’ll be back!

Great time!

We had such an amazing stay. The host was super helpful and explained everything in detail. The location was wonderful, steps away from the beach just as advertised. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time in PR and at this wonderful spot and totally appreciate all the help and suggestions made by them :)

Great location and nice people

Great location, close to almost most of places to visit in San Juan. The property is clean and welcoming. The property manager and the owner were wonderull people made us feel at home.
