Family trip to experience Puerto Rico

The property is conveniently located and easy to access other points of interest in the area. The kitchen was well stocked, but did not have an oven which we did not realize, but it wasn't really an issue. The property manager addressed all of our concerns in a very timely manner. The furniture in the gathering area is very outdated and not designed for seating for more than 4 or 5 people. Other than that it was a wonderful visit.

Review of property

Overall, the home was in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and shops and around the corner from the beach. While clean, the property could use a refresh. Beds and furniture were very outdated and overused. Kitchen was very well-appointed and having a washer/dryer was key. We enjoyed our time and Ana was ALWAYS available with answers.

Is a nice house to stay, the only thing is that the house is Not in front of the beach but is several steps from it. The pool that is mentioned is not a pool is more likely a Jacuzzi but it was nice. We enjoyed it, the ONLY but about it is the showers one of them is too dirty from walls to bottom I didn’t feel comfortable showering.

Wonderful Beach Stay!

Our family had a fabulous visit! Perfect size home with easy access to restaurants and the beach. Entertainment was an easy walk or quick Uber ride away! Can't say enough about our hosts! They made everything so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Third vacation in Puerto Rico

The size of the property was great. The distance from the beach was fine. We enjoyed all the kitty cats around the property. The inside needs a little bit of improvement especially the dishwasher. I can’t say enough good things about Anna. She responded to us within 30 minutes every time we called Broda plumber to fix a toilet, brought a carpenter to fix some of the broken wood around the pool which should all be replaced, my granddaughters love the pool the greenery around the pool is very scenic and comforting the Uber service to and from downtown in San Juan was fine. A good family place.

Loved, loved, loved this house!! Great location and great community. We four women, ages 58-68 felt more then comfortable/safe staying in this house and location. Our host provided tons of info on the area and was more then helpful with any questions we had. Anna (property manager) was the BEST !!! Beds were sooooo comfortable. We loved having the plunge pool and spent our early mornings drinking coffee and our late afternoons having cocktails there. As stated in the description everything you may need was in walking distance of the house. The bakery located downtown is a MUST !!! If you are looking for a great PR experience this is the place.

Birthday trip

This house is great for large groups. We all walked to the beach (literally steps away) every morning. The gated neighborhood is super nice and safe to walk in the evening. If you order food or use Uber services the main gate is on Calle mcleary or Calle Tapia (same gate). Otherwise they’ll go to gates that are always locked for vehicle traffic. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

The property was in a great location, right near the beach. Within walking distances to basically anything you might need. The house was beautiful, well cared for. Fit our family very comfortably. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. The plunge pool came in handy and it was nice being so close to an amazing beach. Also, the neighborhood was very friendly and it was very easy to get an Uber at any time. We were in Puerto Rico for a family wedding, so there were quite a few activities that we had to take part of in the five nights we were there so unfortunately, we were not able to use Sergio's services. I did touch base with him and he was very responsive, but it was just too difficult to put something together. We will definitely be contacting Sergio on our next trip back to Puerto Rico and we would love to stay at your place again. My whole family sends their best. Thanks again. Jim

Great area and stay

With the 4 bedrooms, multiple beds , it made it very comfortable . Two of the rooms shared a Jack and jill bathroom and the other two had a bathroom in one and a bathroom attached to the other room. The area is great for walking and finding nearby restaurants , coffee shops , beaches and some bars . We loved going to Numero uno and sitting on the bean bags ( a short walk away) We ate breakfast and lunch and drinks . Food was good, service was fine and great ocean views. We liked that beach better than going to the one outside of the complex gates ( across from the soccer fields ) We loved going to pinkies for breakfast and coffee. I think it was the best coffee I had gotten down here ( dairy free milks, too) it’s a small place so you need to be patient ( it’s worth it ) The pool at the house was great for the kids. It is small but it has jets and it’s great to cool off We also had great home cooked meals even without an oven . There is a market that has everything you need and a liquor store attached . Ana was very available and accommodating . We had lost internet for the last 3-4 days and she made numerous attempts to get it back . It was ultimately out of her control. In the house every room has its own AC unit which was really nice. The beds were okay ( I’m very picky .. everyone in the house was happy with their beds ) we really had an amazing time.. thank you Ana !!

Great location, super clean!

This place was great overall! There was plenty of space for our group of 10 young adults. We were literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the small pool was super nice to relax in after. The place was clean and stocked with everything you’d need (sunscreen, towels, beach chairs). We loved the outdoor shower, the big grill, and the open living room/ kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

House was a great central location

Worked out for a family’s vacation. Age one to senior years. Could use a few upgrades, dishwasher and only microwave/convection oven. I could not speak highly enough regarding communication with the property manager, Ana. House was very clean, when there are two young children crawling on the floor and there knees were clean, made me extremely satisfied!

We never would have guessed that our favorite part of our trip would be the little swimming pool. The grandchildren could have stayed in it all day! And we were also close to the beach and in a safe and clean neighborhood. We would happily come again.

Exceeded My All My Expectations!

This house was perfect for our large family. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room to spread out. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The house had plenty of beach towels and chairs for us to use. The pool was fabulous for the kids. They loved it and used it almost every night. The pool area was also a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, plenty of parking and close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. We loved that the house had a washer and dryer since we had kids clothes to wash. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need and we were able to cook breakfast every morning. The large dining table allowed everyone to eat together and talk. The air conditioning allowed each bedroom to adjust the temp as desired, which was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The host even had a "pack and play" for the baby, which we used the entire week. We loved our stay and I just cannot recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed.

Great location, communication, service.

I've rented many villas via vrbo and other sites for our friends getaway. But this one was the best for service. Wonderful restaurant recommendations, amenities were well supplied. Ana and Rita went above and beyond with their excellent assistance.. Some of the tile is a bit dated, but I've never seen older tile so clean. The location is perfect for beach activities, with plenty of chairs, a cooler, and sun shade Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Great property, host, and location

Property: The VRBO was clean, spacious, and had nice amenities. The pool and outdoor shower were nice. The grill and kitchen appliances were also nice (note: there is no oven). Generally low water pressure across the property. Host: Juan was fantastic. He connected us with people that helped us plan and organize excursions. Sergio helped with a hike through El Yunque. Location: The VRBO is in a gated community that provides a sense of security. The VRBO was also a great location for nearby beaches, food, and going out.
