The area is generally very peaceful, and the apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs since the building does not have an elevator.



IMPORTANT:

Because the property sits near the Bahía, the corner of the street may experience temporary pooling of water during periods of high tide or heavy rain. This usually clears quickly and does not affect access to the apartment. Many locals consider it a natural part of living near the water in San Juan’s coastal neighborhoods.
