The location was perfect - right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The only issue we had is that you need a fob to get in everywhere, and we were originally only provided with one fob for a family of four with 2 teenagers, which was very limiting. Omar did make sure to get us a second fob, but it did take a few days. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property!

The location next to the beach is excellent. The view from the apartment up to the ocean is gorgeous. We like that it is north facing so we didn’t get too hot with direct sunlight. The beds were very comfortable. The area doesn’t have a lot of restaurant choices , but we didn’t mind because it was easy to Uber to nearby places.

Great location and safe

The condo was just as described in the listing with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The patio is a great way to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee and having a cooler and beach chairs along with beach towels is a great benefit since it is hard to fly with all those things. We walked to the grocery store, Walgreens, and several places to eat within walking distance. We felt safe with the key fob locks all around. Karen from property management kept in touch and handled one big issue during our stay. I would rate it five stars for location and accuracy, but the patio door is broke and would not fully lock and needs to be updated or replaced. Bring a knife sharpener. I would suggest someone provide written instructions for the TV use. Bring coffee and filters. The parking spot use was perfect as we rented a car to see the rain forest which is a must. Location location location.

Amazing lication

We stayed here for a few days before our cruise. We loved the beach access and the pool. The beds were decent. My only complaint is that there wasn't any hand soap in the bathrooms.

Nice Winter Escape

The condo location was very convenient to dining and entertainment options and had a wonderful view of the beach. The interior was as described in the online materials and suited our needs. The outdoor areas were very nice. The check in process was a little hurried, and we did encounter a problem with the fob that accesses the pool and beach not working. Getting that fixed took over an hour and altered our plan for the day, but it did get rectified. A couple suggestions for making the property even better: add a tv in second bedroom; move the plates and bowls in kitchen to a cabinet more accessible than the one over the microwave ( if you’re not tall, have to climb on a chair to reach).

Nice stay near the beach

This property has an awesome location for beach-goers. While the cleanliness could have been better (dusty faux plants, lamps, etc.), we enjoyed our stay. It was a bit annoying to not have enough TP and the like, but that was listed on description, so we came prepared to buy our own. Neighborhood left a little to be desired, but had the convenience of a walgreens across the street. If you want a great pool and beach vacay, this is a nice spot.

our September stay

my mom wanted to take us away as a Christmas present last year by the time we got around to booking everybody it was September we booked this beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo with Nisha at West Indies right on Carol in the beach. The place was beautiful. had a great view was five minutes from everything. Pool was amazing. Everything was so clean and this was the first time I ever stayed anywhere where there was enough towels for all four people . will not go through anybody, but then once I book again

Great place

Loved staying here. Nice modern 2/2, the stay was great had plenty of towels and hot water. I've been at a few places that the water pressure and warm water was lacking. Your right on the beach. Great selection of beach toys and seats to take down. Carolina is great because it's pretty close to San Juan and things to do. Also parking was super easy, I suggest a sedan at most because it is a little tight. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend. Neysha was great if anything happened or if I had questions. Her communication was Amazing during our trip!

Amazing and Beautiful

We had a wonderful time here. Our place was very nice and the view from our balcony was amazing. We we steps away from the most beautiful beach. What made our stay stress free was the customer service provided by our property manager Neysha.

The property is Amazing! Karen the supervisor help us during a very stressful time when Melanie the manager forgot to include the lockbox 4 digits pin. Melanie never respond to us during the 3 hours we were outside with all our luggage. Only one sorry for the inconvenience. Very poor service. I want to say thank you to Karen!

Great Beach Location! Steps away!

This is located in a central area. Mere steps to the beach, and within a 5-10 minute safe walk, dining, shops, spas and more. You will need to ride share or have a car for a grocery store trip. There is a convenience market nearby. The condo is well represented in pictures, the building is in need of updates, but safe and 24/7 security. They will store luggage for you if needed after checkout. The unit initially did not have an extra FOB for access, so if your party will be splitting up, arrange for that in advance. The patio is a huge asset for rain, or the evening. The pool is closed several days a week and sometimes the FOB didn't work, but was also clean.

Million Dollar View!

This updated property was clean and appeared consistent with the photos. Location right on clean and family-friendly Hobie beach was fantastic. The building was quiet with lots of amenities on the property, including a nice, large pool. The unit number was not included in the welcome email but that was only a minor inconvience upon checking in. Tons of restaurants, both authentic and touristy within walking distance from the property as well. One minor issue is that only one key fob was included which required coordination with other family members to get in and out of the property, including entering and exiting the beach. I'm sure this can be resolved with the property manager to include an extra key fob. 5 Star property! RB

Definitely will rent the same room.

This was an excellent stay. Very convenient to everything you need: beach, stores, whatever. Balcony overlooks the beach where I was able to see my family come in and out. I do have a few suggestions for the owner. The smaller bedroom where my kids slept did not have a TV so that made bed time somewhat difficult. Small TV in that bedroom will fix that issue. Also in the first shower the glass window is not long enough and it’s soaks the floor after every shower. I suggest just a longer curtain or glass. The metal beach chairs were very rusty and at times couldn’t open or close them. I suggest the room provides plastic ones. These are little things that the owner can quickly fix. Overall this was an excellent stay and we will try to rent this same exact spot.

Great communication, all as promised, very safe with both physical security guards and a locked complex as well as the Covid protocols were being followed. Checkin and checkout process very smooth and easy.

Disappointed

This was my 1st time in Puerto Rico The house online was totally different from the house that I stayed in the refrigerator freezer was broken and was leaking the whole time I had to keep mopping it up the dryer and the machine didn't work the furniture had stains all over it the outlets were missing covers the drain on the terrace was missing the furniture was broken and real cricketing it wasn't a great stay I had to keep buying ice because ice Maker wasn't working at the pay for laundry services obviously so for my 1st visit in my it just wasn't great the best thing was the view

Great location!

This is a great apartment with a gorgeous view, easy access to the beach and very close to great restaurants, pharmacies and markets. Jessica was always super attentive and friendly. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was out of WestIndies’ control. She responded right away and said she would take care of the inconvenience. The place was also well equipped with everything we needed. Thanks!

Absolutely perfect!!

We usually stay at a resort but wanted more than 1 room. I found pal mar on vrbo and let me tell you it was fabulous! So clean, jad everything we could have needed. Perfect location. Balcony, right on the beach. Pool was soooo nice. Crystal clear- never crowded. This was really a home away from home. Karen was so helpful with any questions i had. Thank you sooo much. There was extra towels and toiletries. There was even an ice machine and filtered water in the fridge. We made frozen cocktails in the blender for the beach!! So close to all the stores- seriously this is the perfect condo. Will definitely be back!!
