Well but simply furnished. Very spacious, easy parking. had everything we need except for a second key! I understand this is a condo complex issue, but it is very challenging to manage a family vacation with multiple people with only one key! Other than that all was great. Nice restaurants nearby, easy access to the beach, lighthouse park, bio bay, snorkeling, etc.

We stayed at this condo during our spring break. The condo has amazing views and plenty of room to spread out. We loved the infinity pool. We felt safe as we were traveling with all females. We were able to walk to dinner one night due to the convenience of the location. We also left on a snorkeling trip right across the street at the marina. The beach towels were nice and thick and we had access to a cooler and beach chairs. The beds were very confortable. We will be back!

We had an excellent stay here. Communication was clear and came in a timely manner. The property is huge, and we enjoyed the large patio. Xiomara answered any questions we had during our stay. The location was perfect for us - almost everything we wanted to do (Bio Bay, El Yunque, Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Kiosks, etc) was a short drive away. The unit was stocked with pickleball paddles, aloe, beach towels, a beautiful new beach umbrella and comfortable beach chairs, etc. We would not hesitant to stay here again if we return.

Property is as advertised, super clean and spacious. 3 couples spent 6 days here and everyone loved it. 2 outdoor seating areas are awesome. Plenty of room inside, even though we never used it, too nice out to be inside. Plenty of great restarants within a short drive. Having a vehicle is highlyrecommended. short driving distance

We loved this property! It was clean and spacious! The views from the top of the penthouse were breathtaking and the unit had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Fajardo. Our hosts were very communicative and helped make our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this property!

The property was as listed. The owner was communicated when needed. Check in was smooth. The only complaint I did have was dryer. The dryer. Doesn’t dry clothes within the first cycle. I had to cycle the dryer three to four times. Which was very annoying. Overall the general was clean.

Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the marina. The location was secure, peaceful and very well maintained. The property manager was prompt and checked in with our party to ensure we wouldn't have to wait long to enter the property. Everything was as described, fully functional and spotless. We can't wait to book our next trip.

This place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view from the spacious roof deck! It was clean and had everything my family needed for a weeks stay! We had an issue with the washer and the owner and property manager were right on it and worked hard to resolve the issue and inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again and already recommended it to friends and family!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 for our trip to El Yunque National Forest and Fajardo. Property was immaculately clean and the gated community was safe and had wonderful pools.

The process to enter the property was a bit of a headache. There was a language barrier that made it more challenging to check-in. The beds were not comfortable but the views and condo in general made up for it. Would stay again.

Condo was beautiful and cleaned. Family was delighted with all the amenities. We had a few minor issues but property management was quick to remedy them. Wifi was not working properly, so streaming was a no no. Security was top notch but didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t have visitors come in to visit. Very disappointed!! Overall, I’d consider it next time I visit Fajardo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was so spacious and everyone had their own space. The property manager was communicative and any question I had, she quickly responded to. The pool was beautiful and in the same building as the gym which was a very short walk. The home does reveal some aging, but it is easily overcome by all of the great things. Finally, I selected this home because the sheets were white and stains could easily be seen. There were none. I highly recommend this space!

Xiomara did an excellent job of cleaning the property and having it ready for us. The amenities were exactly as described. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one key to enter the condo complexes and pool/gym areas and you need them to both enter and exit those areas. When traveling with people with different interests agendas, it becomes difficult to share the keys to accommodate everyone at times. I used the number provided to make inquiries and to resolve several small issues that were promptly and successfully addressed. I wish i coukd have stayed longer and will likely return again!

My daughter recommended Pena Mar, she stayed there last year and is going again in August. Was impressed on the daily head count all ours of the day and night. Condo was comfortable and just right for us.
