Step onto your oceanfront balcony and take in the stunning beach views—the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind as the sun sets. Inside, you'll find a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a tidy kitchenette equipped for your convenience.
Enjoy access to top-notch amenities, including a pool, tennis court, gym, and laundromat. Plus, we provide beach chairs so you can fully relax and soak up the sun on Condado’s beautiful shoreline.
A prime location, location, location—this beachfront gem offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay in San Juan!
IMPORTANT NOTE: AMENITIES UNDER RENOVATION - The common areas of this building are under renovation. It is undergoing cosmetic changes to improve its aesthetic appeal without significantly altering its structural integrity. You will be able to use the pool, tennis court, gym, and beach access. However, the laundromat, pool tables, and ping pong tables are currently unavailable.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- The studio has a queen size bed.
- The main bathroom is located beside the bedroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with amenities and a standing shower.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHENETTE
Ocean Pearl Studio has a tidy but fully equipped kitchenette! The kitchenette is stocked for all your cooking needs, it has a fridge, microwave, 4-burning stove top, toaster, and coffee maker.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
We recommend moving around via Uber if staying within the general San Juan/Metro area.
If you plan to rent a car to explore the island, this property includes parking for one (1) vehicle.
LOCATION
Ocean Pearl Studio is located in Condado, Puerto Rico. This is considered a prime location in San Juan. From Ocean Pearl Studio, you are a 3-5-minute walk away from the sand, and within walking distance of some of the best dining options, Puerto Rico has to offer. Forget the rental car because from here you can walk or Uber to everything! The apartment is approx. 10 minutes from the airport, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops, all within walking distance.
There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:
1. Chill at the beach! It is one of our favorite beaches in Puerto Rico and a must-do if you stay at Ocean Pearl Studio. The apartment has beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for a long day at the beach.
2. The waterfront area near Condado del Mar has plenty of restaurants offering beautiful views of the ocean. You can enjoy local Puerto Rican cuisine, fresh seafood, and cocktails while watching the sunset.
3. Condado is known for its high-end shopping and boutique stores. You can explore the nearby Condado Shopping Center for luxury brands and local stores.
4. Condado offers a lively nightlife scene with plenty of bars, clubs, and lounges to enjoy after sunset.
5. Lunch or dinner at La Placita de Santurce, a local market with 20+ restaurants and awesome nightlife. We love Santaella restaurant, which offers local cuisine with a modern approach and is in La Placita.
6. Explore Calle Loiza, which is blocks from the apartment. This up-and-coming hip street is littered with funky dining and shopping options. Start off with a margarita at Acapulco and head down the strip stopping at Sabrina or Azucena for sophisticated Puerto Rican food.
7. Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship. We can help coordinate tours to this destination.
8. Spend a day in Old San Juan. Ocean Pearl Studio is a 10 min Uber ride from the oldest city in the US. There is a lot of history to be seen and great food, drinks, and shopping to enjoy!

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 2 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. It was very clean, had tons of useful appliances and extras like beach chairs that made the trip even better, and the view was amazing. Communication with the host was easy the entire time with quick responses and clear instructions for everything. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The place was totally beautiful.
Property and staff security at all times had good attitudes. Very helpful down-to-earth. The place was very clean and beautiful breathtaking view.
My version of paradise. New guests, please look out for the elderly woman in #711 she's a wonderful person.

This could be a 5 star location. The view from the balcony is amazing and so relaxing. The apartment is plenty big enough for two and has everything we needed. Great access to a lovely beach. On the apartment side the only negatives were the limited amount of not very good toilet paper, some minor cleanliness issues and water dripping from above on the balcony. Commenting on the entire complex the fact that it is going through renovation means that the outside looks a bit messy but although the pool looks dirty from the balcony it was actually very clean, just needs a repaint which will hopefully be part of the renovation. Most things are purely cosmetic that I'm sure will improve once the updates are complete. The common areas could do with cleaning up a bit. As a lover of San Juan I love the location and would stay here again especially once the renovations are complete
