This is just a cute little room with a big closet, bathroom, and nook with a small sink, microwave, and mini fridge. It was super clean, king bed was awesome (sheet and blanket material kinda sucked. Kept sticking and sliding around), A/C worked good, no hot water, luke-warm water in the shower but it was nice after being sticky and hot all day. DVD player has access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. They had a hand held cooler, 2 beach chairs, and 2 beach towels available to use. Owners are super quick to respond and answer questions (especially when you have a panic attack after misreading entrance instructions! Sorry again!). House is in the best location. Only 10 minutes from the airport. It's in a gated community and is just one block from the entrance gate. Easily parked on the street in front of the house every day. There's a man gate on the street the house is on to go out to the main road. Just a block away from a 24/hr Walgreen's. Tons of restaurants and pubs within a block and up to a few blocks away. Really good food everywhere! Highly recommend Pinky's breakfast with the All of It (I think that's what it's called..) smoothie! The Coffeeteria was another awesome breakfast spot; hubby loved the Turkey breakfast wrap. We enjoyed Pirilo (pizza) for dinner which was literally just outside the man gate. Hubby loved El Tap for the 46 beers on tap. McDonald's and Domino's are right there also if you need some American. Just so many awesome choices within easy walking distance! The beach is 2 blocks away and so, so nice! Far enough away from the crazy resorts to feel more private but close enough to walk 50 feet and be in the middle of the crazy if you want. Tons of Kite Boarding going on was awesome to watch! You could also walk ~4 blocks east from the house to get to Playa Ocean Park that has a running track, tennis courts, etc. The bus stop to Old San Juan is at Walgreens. Costs $.75 - must pay with quarters. Uber cost ~$12. Highly recommend visiting El Yunque Forest, Fajardo Bio Bay Tour, Cueva Ventana (Window Cave), and of course Old San Juan. Be sure to check out all the painted murals on the buildings when your walking around for dinner/drinks. We were told a snorkeling trip to Culebra is a must be we didn't have time to make it out there. Thanks for the perfect place!
