Richard's condo was just as described. We appreciated all the updates and the cleanliness of condo inside and the outdoor balcony. The towels and bed linens were like new and higher quality than other places we've stayed. The views from the balcony were AMAZING - so neat to see the changing colors of the Atlantic throughout the day and the coming and going boats and tour groups. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay, although we preferred eating out at all the restaurants in the area. The infinity edge pool was our favorite. Not a direct reflection of the condo itself, but the walkway from this building to the closest pool was a bit treacherous and could use some maintenance, uneven pavers and extra rocks on top of those pavers. We managed okay, but could be challenging for someone older. Also, coordinating the key situation was a little bit tricky since there were 5 in our group and only one set of keys for getting around the complex (in and out of the building and condo, as well as in and out of the pool areas). We made it work, but would be nice if there was a second set for a bigger family like ours. Richard was great to work with, great communication before, during and after our stay. Even helped with securing a driver to get my SIL back to the airport a day early. Thank you again Richard!

We had a great stay at Peña Mar Ocean Club! Host was very communicative and helpful. The property was beautiful and very clean. We really liked the extra layers of security on the property which made us feel safe during our stay. We highly recommend and the only regret we have is we didn’t stay longer!

This unit was wonderful! Beautiful view and sunrise from the master bedroom and balcony. Nice and modern and clean. We like to cook breakfast before we go out and explore , plenty of pots and pans etc to do so.The complex was super secure with an individual at the gate at all times Few restaurant's and bars as close as 2 minute drive away, supermarket 5 minute drive Richard was great with thorough instructions for finding the unit, check in and checkout instructions and responding to all inquiries in a super timely fashion I highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

Our visit to Puerto Rico was made especially memorable in part because of our host Richard and the accommodations were just perfect Excellent communications and detailed instructions from the arrival to the exit The condo was spotless and well appointed. The view, spectacular We spent 5 nights and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Wonderful Retreat!

Picked Richard's property because of the view. Did not disappoint! Felt safe and secure at property . Close to most activities we selected. Richards recommendations were extremely helpful. We did the Bio Bay tour, rainforest, Culebra Island day snorkeling,.Old San Juan and fishing charter. Richard was very easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond when I asked for recommendations for a photographer for family photos. Karlota was wonderful and captured the moment perfectly when my son proposed on the beach! Special memories were made!

Wonderful property in Fajardo

My family and I loved Richard's condo! It was spacious and clean, with everything exactly as described in the listing. We loved the beautiful view and the pools. It was very convenient to have a designated (free) parking spot. Richard anticipated every need -- right down to bug spray and plastic cell phone sleeves for water activities. His list of recommendations helped guide our choices for restaurants and other activities. We loved El Caho -- the restaurant at the foot of the condo community. Can't say enough good things about this property and host! Fajardo is close to the ferries to Vieques and Culebra. Book early if you are planning to make use of them and want to get your tickets online!

Puerto Rico Gem

Everything about this condo is better than advertised. Family of 5 vacationing on Spring break. We spent every night on the porch after beautiful days out and about. The breeze with the doors open is amazing. Great location and unbelievable views. The pictures do not do it justice. Comfortable beds, great couch and perfect kitchen. AC is amazing although we hardly needed it. Make sure to check out Laquillo and 7 seas beach. Owner provided great suggestions for food and excursions.

It is Paradise!

The property itself was clean and perfect for a family of four. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer was key. The view is beautiful and enjoyed the gorgeous sunrise many mornings. The location is great, not far from grocery stores and we enjoyed having access to the marina 3 minutes away with a catamaran to Icacos and a boat to Culebra.

This place was clean and Richard was available for questions. Pools r nice and good location near marina for boat tours. FYI no blow dryer which my teens were bummed about. little bit of paradise and hard to leave!

Fantastic Location for Family

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4, which included 2 teens and 2 adults, for 10 nights. Plenty of space to be together yet apart if desired. The balcony was our favorite spot to hang out. The morning sunrise, the warm breeze, listening to the music from the bars and restaurants below on the weekends and watching all the traffic on the water in and out of the marinas was so relaxing. For those rainy days and evenings, the games at the kitchen table and sharing the large couch to watch a show together (or take a nap), worked out perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked. The air fryer came in handy when we decided to "fry" our own fish from our fishing excursion. The condo is also well stocked with towels for both bath and beach. The large washer and dryer were very beneficial, especially for a longer stay. From the reservation date on, Richard's communication was detailed and easy to follow. You should definitely make your way through his restaurant recommendations. Our favorite was Rincon El Faro, but we enjoyed all the ones we went to on his list (we made it to 8 of them). The activity list he provided was also helpful in finding a fishing guide (787 Fishing - we highly recommend). Richard kept us updated on happenings around the condo that we should know about (such as the gym not being available one day due to maintenance) and checked in with us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to some friends.

Richard is an amazing host. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The selection of restaurants within walking distance of the condo was great too. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico!

Fabulous Family Retreat

We made a great choice in reserving this condo. The location is ideal. Pictures in the post are exactly as is - gorgeous. It is nearby to several attractions (Seven Seas beach, biobay tour, rainforest, catamaran) and local cuisine. The spacious, clean condo provided amazing views - the coffee and wine even tasted better on the balcony! Excellent communication with the host, including check in/out instructions, fantastic recommendations for dining, and more.

Best base camp for family vacation

We had the best stay at the property. The property provided a beautiful view, was very clean, and centrally located to everything. The pools at the complex and gated entrance were great amenities at a fraction of the cost of a resort. The owner provided so much great information about the area and the property which made our visit even better. We give this property all the stars!

Fajardo Vacation

My family and I had an amazing time in Fajardo. Most of the attractions we were planning to go to were nearby (Icacos, El Yunque National Forest, beaches). Place was clean and functional for us. Richard was a great host. Our check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The view from the balcony is great. We enjoyed many of sun rises there. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to our family and friends.
