The condo was comfortable and good for the family. On our downtime, we like sitting around the living room. The sofa needs to be cushions. Other than that. It was a lovely place.. We had a small issue with AC for one of the rooms. I hope they can get it fixed. We got a fan, but it was not helpful. I have made them aware that it’d be nice if they were to supply working hair blowers, toaster, oven, and toaster. We had no problem getting into the condo and they replied to all my messages. We had a great time at the beach and visiting the island.. the Martinez family

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, clean pool, great views. The only issues we had were quickly addressed and resolved. It was especially nice to see food available for a quick breakfast if we had wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pictures make it seem better than it is. Being close to the beach was nice. The island lost power on day 2 and didn’t get it back until after we left. All the food we bought spoiled, had to go to the lobby and charge devices (when they were available), no hot water. And all other surrounding buildings had back up generators, except this one. We had to sleep with the doors and windows open just to try and keep cool. But all we could hear were those generators, which sounded like airplane engines.

Location is great: everything walking distance and short uber ride to the city.Beach and pool right there.Apartment is furnished well; washer and dryer very convenient after using pool and beach. However: the mattresses were not very comfortable and the water pressure was non existent there was no hot water in the main bath (warm enough in the master bath)Could have used another set of keys but we made do.

perfect location, great views and balcony

everything was in good working order. This is an end unit on the 9th floor, matches the online description perfectly. Loved the location, the pool, and the beach.

No sleep!

The picture and description made it sound like a beautiful, tranquil beach front property. Angles of photos totally misleading. From our balcony we faced the back of hotel property with equipment, junk, bins, etc. as our view NOT the pool and beach that was shown in property photos. Inside was much more dated. So many locks to get anywhere in the property (which tells you something about the area). WORST of all was the night club across the street from all the bedrooms. It was jumping EVERY night from 10 pm until 6 am. It was almost impossible to sleep even with earplugs. I hung towels across windows to try to muffle the noise. Had to sleep with TVs on every night to cover the outside revelry. I was a zombie every day from lack of sleep. THAT should be made clear in description. Talked with owner, who did quickly repair some other issues, but nothing they could do about club. This was not a cheap rental, listed as high end, but did not deliver. I was truly embarrassed that I took my friends there. One person had to sleep on a chair in the living room because of noise. Not something I would do again. Totally misleading. I have pictures. No concession from host.

Beautiful, clewgreat location

The pictures dont do justice. The beach is just steps away. Nice shower to rise off with before heading upstairs. The starter groceries were nice little bonuse. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only issue was one corner cabinet door was off the bottom hinge. It wasnt a big issue as we didn't cook too much. The water pressure was iffy but the temperature stayed warm. Overall a great place in a great location

This unit locates at a very convenient area. At the center of Carolina, you can walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc. It has a fantastic ocean view from the living room. Beach and swimming pool is right downstairs. The host provides enough towels, beach chairs/umbrella, and some food, coffee, and drinks to start off. There are a few things that I don't like: * The dinning table is not level and a bit low when used with the dinning seats * The light above the dinning table is too dark * All bedrooms are facing a busy street and there is a nightclub that plays loud music whole night (11pm-5am) * Need better blinds for all bedrooms, considering the rooms are facing a street full of night life, you should use blackout and noise cancelling curtains (like some hotels do)

Great Sand and Beach

Nice and clean condo. Great beach location but quite a bit of late night/early morning road noise the Saturday night we arrived. Would want to have noise cancelling headphones next time and I would stay again. I do wish they had a code system for pool/beach access points. Only 2 fobs makes it hard for 5 people to coordinate who can go where/when. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Amazing Views with wonderful comfort

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was just what my family needed for our trip to Puerto Rico. We are quite familiar with Marbella in Isla Verde as we have stayed in these condos before. This unit was lovely and great space. All the comforts we would need. We look forward to staying there again on future visits to the Island.
