Pros: the beachfront access and ocean view were fantastic! The property was very secure and had a nice basketball court. The location was very convenient with multiple restaurants, a Walgreens, and a grocery store within walking distance. Cons: Our dryer didn’t work which forced us to use wet towels the entire stay! The unit cleanliness was semi-lacking, and my husband was disappointed that we didn’t get any local channels on TV to watch som night time football games.

The apartment was very nice and well kept! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals and enjoy a bit of home cooking. The washer / dryer in the unit was to small so I didn’t utilize it instead I used the laundry room on the lobby floor. However it was convenient that you could get quarters from the security officer in the front entrance. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked extremely well! The beach was amazing, the sand was soft, the surf was not overly rough, and the ocean was perfect for swimming! The staff that worked with the umbrella and chair rentals were very friendly and prices were reasonable! Transportation was not an issue we rented a car and the unit came with a parking space in the basement. The GPS using maps worked very well so we had no issues with finding any places. Ubers were plentiful. There were many restaurants and all the food was superb! Especially the Eter Rooftop Lounge and a restaurant named Coqué near the Coliseum was phenomenal! The issue that dropped this to a three star for me was the fact that there was construction going on in the apartment right next door. This was not disclosed to us and was very annoying, loud and uncomfortable. The workers were there three of our five days.This was disappointing no relaxing inside during those times. This should have been disclosed to us apparently the owner was unaware.

It had been so long

After being away from my island for an astonishing (8) years it was of utmost importance I stay in the right place. Well, Myriam, next year when I come back I will bring a door sign that reads ‘the right place.’ You could not have been more accommodating with la perla de isla verde. The photos do not do justice. Dead center of isla verde beach with a 180 degree view of said. Pristine condo with ALL the amenities. (And I mean, you thought of them all). The only thing missing was a pen for me to sign my nameto the deed! Lol i LOVED it! I will br back again next year! Cannot make a more glowing review!!

Comfortable condo with amazing views. Host was prompt with communication and quick resolutions. The condo has everything you need to have an enjoyable trip. The location is walkable to many restaurants and quick drive to other areas. We’d stay again!

This place was heaven- we spent 6 nights and only left once - restaurants, pharmacy everything walking distance- Host replied immediately if we had any questions. Check in and check out process was very easy. Will definitely be back

Pleasantly surprised!

First time in Puerto Rico and first time staying on an "urban beach". The beach was beautiful and much less crowded on our end than in front of the Fairmont and Royal Sonesta. The condo was next door to the public access though so there were a lot of local groups partying late into the evening on the holiday weekend. Surprised we could hear all the noise from the 18th floor but we're also not used to being in the city on vacation. It did quiet down during the week. The condo was very nicely updated and the West building is definitely the better choice, direct beachfront with amazing views! There was a pair of dirty socks left under the bed and some sand on the floors so maybe one bedroom was missed by the cleaners but overall it was clean and comfortable. We did have to buy some minor items - a sponge to wash dishes, aluminum foil, tupperware containers, olive oil and spices. We had some questions but the property managers, Shaka and Myriam, were very responsive, quickly answering all questions and providing helpful information. The entire island completely lost power for almost 2 days and Shaka provided us with flashlights and a rechargeable fan. Even though it was completely out of their control, they offered to refund our remaining stay if we left early and then provided us some money back to make up for the inconvenience! This was amazingly kind and unexpected! We would definitely return and have already recommended them to our friends!

Beautiful condo on the most amazing beach! Waking up and having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was super responsive throughout our entire journey. We are already talking about when we can go back!

Beautiful view

The property was very nice. The master bedroom was very spacious. The second bedroom is very small and is two twin beds pushed together. This was fine for us but the website/picture stated two twin beds with a place to put your phone/book/drink. This is not the case. There is little room to move However, the rest of the condo was very nice. Great balcony with a great view. (although the picture does not show the very large unit that sits on the balcony) There was however, room for 4 people to sit. The pool and beach are wonderful. The property manager was also great. My questions were answered promptly and she was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing view, 18th floor no ac needed, nice blowing wind and the sound of the waves. Right on a beautifull beach! Securr building, friendly staff, all you need is in walking distance, if not Uber is there and super friendly! Puertorican are amazing.

Amazing location

We had a great stay here, the location is great with short walk to the beach. I love that there were restaurants within walking distance. The owner is extremely responsive to any requests or concerns. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to come back.

Perfect Location for a vacation

The location is perfect to access any point in the island. The view and the sound of waves is unmatchable. If you are not travelling outside of the metropolitan area, you do not need a car. Uber is cheap and readily available. If you do need a car, there is a reserved covered parking spot. If warm, there are wall A/C units that are sufficient but also available a central air conditioner. I stayed 12 days. There are 2 supermarkets nearby (not really walking distance) and a close Walgreens that is super well supplied. Management is readily available and a couple of minor problems were resolved promptly. Security in the building is tight and helps provide a feeling of safety. The beds were comfortable as well as the remaining of the accommodations. Kitchen well stocked and we were able to cook several meals there.

Nice place to stay!

The host was great- good communication and very accomodating. Convenient location, oceanfront, close to airport, walkable to restaurants/bars. Condo was as pictured, updated and clean. Thank you for our stay!
