Antonio is a great host. Quickly answers questions, and instructions for the property are clear and detailed. The property is very well maintained, comfortable beds, well equipped. Decoration is beach/modern, well illuminated and feels homy. I would definitely return.

Spacious condo with plenty of room to relax. Amenities of the property are wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and we were even allowed to return after check-out for a forgotten item.

Great stay at a great property!

The rental was accurate and communication with the host was excellent. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I had 2 teen girls who enjoyed exploring in their own. All of the pools/beaches were amazing. Make sure you check out the Beach Club! Itfrontrunner

Amazing Property

Antonio was very communicative on the arrival process and helping to set up passes to use the pool and facility. The golf cart that is included made it seamless to explore the many restaurants, golf course and activities for both us adults and our children. The kids loved the pools, beach and floating adventure course. The condo was beautifully equipped with linens and plenty of cookware, allowing us to make breakfast or come back for lunch with ease. Would 100 percent stay here again.

A little bit of a drop off

We’ve stayed at other condos in StRegis, just has more issues at the property. It’s says 3 Bedroom, but only has two real beds (other is a hideaway) Shower drain was clogged when I arrived. All drains in the master area were slow to drain from the moment we arrived. Had to start showering in the kids bath. Just feel like they would have known about the issue before we arrived. It’s a 4 seater golf cart even though it’s a 6 person house. Sink faucet handle wasn’t screwed on- from the time we arrived. Just less than what we’d expect for the $. Rented a condo in building 1 three months prior- had 4 full beds in 3bd room condo, 6 seater golf cart, everything worked for the same price.

Wonderful villa and property

Super comfortable and high end villa. Great property. Beach club and inflatables park were a big hit with our kids. Golf cart was great fun too. Highly recommend.

Loved the resort - loved the rental - but location is not ideal !

Rental was wonderful ! Has so many amenities like dishwasher soap and detergent and so many clean towels toys for the kids . It was fabulous and I love the owners taste and style . We spent a lot of time at the St Regis which only offers 2 restaurants - one that wasn’t avail To us at all for dinners which made things complicated . food at St Regis is great but how many times can tou go to the same place and it’s also closed mon-tues. Breakfast is rhe absolute best thing there ! But as I said the dinner not so much and to go to another location it’s a long ride and it’s difficult to get taxis to the location . You definitely should have a plan for dining and transport and understand most places are 30-45 mins away .! Not a big deal with adults but we had our kids so it was harder for us . Overall we loved it - just wish we were closer to restaurants and more things to do!

Family Spring Break

The property was exactly as listed and very comfortable. My kids loved riding around the property on the golf cart and all the amenities that the St Regis had to offer. We rented a car and were easily able to navigate around the island, we liked the central location of Rio Grande - set between San Juan and Farjardo. It was the perfect stay all around, highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation in paradise

This clean, attractive, and spacious condo is located within the St. Regis Bahia Beach preserve -- an ideal place to enjoy the many wonderful things that the property has to offer, including a beautiful beach, several pools, restaurants, and nearby attractions such as El Yunque national park. It was an easy and relaxing stay for our family of five. Thank you!

Beautiful resort

Came for our 20th anniversary and spring break with our teenage children. Resort was beautiful and felt very safe. Antonio was very attentive. We appreciated his help with getting groceries delivered and booking dinner reservations at the resort. If you are going to rely on eating dinners at the resort be sure to book as soon as possible as many options were closed after 5pm. Condo was in a great location and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. My only feedback would be that the sofa bed wasn’t very functional as a bed for an adult but probably would be okay for a kid. Start your day at Seagrapes and try to take advantage of the main hotel pool and beach access if they will let you. The service was better on that side of the resort for sure. My littlest loved the inflatables at the Boat House and my husband really enjoyed the golf course. They have clubs for rent if you don’t feel like flying.

Excellent rental

The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is outstanding with access to beach clubs; fitness center and outdoor activities. The beach club service is amazing. Antonio is an excellent host. We hope to make a return visit.
