We had a wonderful time. The villa was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The location worked well for us with several jogging routes. The underrated place is the nature preserve! This has several hiking options and the beaches were gorgeous.

Wonderful week in Fajardo

This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful!

Seven Seas Beach Feb '25

Our trip was fantastic. The condo and communication with with property managers was fantastic. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the 'trip book' in the condo as other visitors left comments on their favorite places which helped us solidify plans. Great place! We'd definitely stay here again. thank you!

Amazing Penthouse

The property was excellent. Great location with an easy walk to the beaches. The family loved going up to the rooftop to watch the sunset, see the stars or just hangout.Easy check in and check out. Would go back

Perfect beach stay

The property location was ideal for our beach vacation. Literally across the street from Seven Seas Beach. The unit was super clean and very comfortable for 6 people.The view from the rooftop is glorious. The owner communication was excellent; the property manager was professional and friendly, and took care of all that we needed. Excellent hospitality all around!

Condo is wonderful. Great location with Seven Seas across the street. The terrace was wonderful for our morning coffee and our happy hours. The condo was clean and stocked with essentials.

Perfection

Excellent location and amenities for a family vacation. Condo is beautiful, with a large fully equipped kitchen (we had four people cooking at one time), dining area, and absolutely fantastic roof terrace with ocean views. Very comfortable for six adults. Steps from a popular beach and an amazing nature preserve, close to a bioluminescent bay and rainforest. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved it.

Fajardo location hidden gem!

What a wonderful week at this fantastic Fajardo property. Beautiful, clean and so very well kept. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. The proximity to 7 Seas Beach was amazing. Local food was delicious and close by. So much to do in this area. Hidden gem!!

Family Vacation 2024!!

This beachfront property in Fajardo was absolutely amazing!! The rooftop terrace is the key component to our breathtaking ocean views. Our kids bounced between the pool and the beach daily. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. Kevin and Xiomara were excellent communicators and provided us with a plethora of activity and restaurant recommendations prior to our travel. Thank you both for an amazing experience.

Well located

Pros- I min walk to beach, nice pool, condo Nicely decorated with quality beading and towels. Great beach chairs provided. Many nice local places to eat. Close to area attractions. Cons- high added fees during VRBO booking. Outside of condo complex the area is run down and road construction is daily. Overall I recommend staying here.

Fantastic Retreat

We had such a great trip to Puerto Rico - and having this beautiful condo for our home base made everything just perfect. No detail has been spared, and the property manager was so responsive and amazing! Everything you need has been provided - from soaps, shampoo and conditioner to available spices for cooking. The beds are all super comfortable and the upstairs rooftop patio is just amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great condo in a great location

My family of 6 stayed at Palma Villa and loved it. Very clean and comfortable condo as described. Loved spending time on the roof top terrace with ocean view. Location was perfect for walks to the beach and day trips nearby. Xiomara and Kevin are attentive and welcoming hosts. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. See you again!

Logan's Graduation Trip

Our family had a great week. I have visited PR many times but never stayed on this side of the island. Fajardo is beautiful. The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, great A/C and pool; and friendly residents/or renters and great food nearby. We enjoyed the short walk to our beach, finding sea glass; zip lining in El Yongue, and a catamaran trip snorkeling. Thank you for sharing your rental.

Stay with friends.

We stayed for one week with three couples in the unit. Everyone was happy with the size of the rooms and the comfort of the mattresses. The highlight was the rooftop terrace, lots of sun, fun, music, and laughs. Amenities such as the beach chairs, towels, and kitchen supplies were a plus. Location to the beach, hidden beaches, and nature preserve were a big bonus for our interests of hiking and site seeing. Plenty of nearby restaurants to walk to also. Will be recommending this place to many people.

Second Visit to this Part of Paradise

We stayed at the same location a year ago with our extended family of two children (8 and 10) and in-laws. My spouse and I loved it so much we came back for a "just us" vacation this year. Easy access to some of the best restaurants and beaches in the area along with enough seclusion to be off the beaten path. The property is well decorated, immaculately clean and with modern ammenities. The view from the rooftop is stunning as ever, even if July is a bit hot to really make use of it. We will be back, thank you so much for the opportunity to visit again.
