Nice place, good value. Walk right out to the beach from the unit. Awesome views. Close to all places San Juan, walking distance to Ashford & Condado Avenues, tons of restaurants and bars. % minute walk to La Concha on Condado.

Super nice host and help explain how the complex works. Beach towels and chair were available to use which was a plus. Loved that the beach was right in front which made going back and forth from the condo easy. Power did go out for a little bit but did not last long. Would suggest to owner to invest in a dehumidifier as it felt muggy at times even with AC

Our host, Jo, was very welcoming and delightful. The apartment was beautiful and has a spectacular ocean view, lots of space and very comfortable. We had a great time and so enjoyed the location, the neighborhood and the great strolls we took. A memorable holiday!

The condo was exactly as described: spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable, with breathtaking panoramic ocean views.The owner was wonderful to work with, communicated clearly, met us upon arrival for a walkthrough, and even provided her own parking spot when the building parking spaces were taken by parking at the Marriott — truly above and beyond.We’ve stayed in this building almost every year for the past 15 years, and this unit truly stands out. The beachfront location is unbeatable, with restaurants, attractions, pharmacies, supermarkets, historic sites, and tourist spots all nearby.Kayaking, snorkeling, and tours are within walking distance, the airport is a short drive away, and El Yunque rainforest is within an hour. We’re already planning our return later this year. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, just like the photos, immaculatey kept with the most stunning beach front ocean views. This condo is located in the Condado area of San Juan with great retaurants and shops about a block away. Since it's on a side street that ends in the ocean, it's very quiet. We loved our stay and our, host, Jo, was helpful and welcoming. We visit San Juan about once a year and there is no doubt, after staying in so many places, that this is our favorite and we look forward to staying here again.

Everything is exactly how it is described. The condo is on the beach. with amazing views. The condo also has beach accessories such as towels, chairs, a snorkel mask, and sunscreen to use. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The bedroom gets a lot of light in. I recommend a sleep mask if you're a light sleeper like me. The condo is very quiet. You can't hear. The waves or traffic, or people, unless you have the windows open. The only negative comment I have is that the shower has lukewarm water. The host is very accommodating and very communicative. She lives in the building. Our flight was delayed 2 hours. We got in late, and she stayed up until we got to the condo and took her time to walk us through the condo, amenities, share recommendations, etc. Lastly, we felt very safe at the condo. It is very secure with a couple of security steps in place. The area around the condo also felt safe. We walked everywhere. Great spot. I highly recommend staying here. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. Jo was a wonderful host. She met us to walk us through the apartment and make sure we had everything we needed. She gave us great suggestions for where to eat and what do during our week. And sitting by the window every morning and night to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves was fantastic. We will stay here again next year and would highly recommend it. Awesome week!

We really enjoyed staying here. The proximity of it to the beach was phenomenal, getting a taxi at the hotel next door was quite easy, and the availability of nearby restaurants made it to where we didn't need to go far to eat. Grocery stores were within a decent walking distance.The condo was every bit (and more) of what we anticipated. Look forward to staying here again.

Apartment and the view i were aaa ated beautiful and the host is amazing! On the downside, a bit difficult to get in and out to the main road, busy dead end street, loud music, traffic, etc. at all times. We were there during Erin, power went out and part of stairwell was not lit up and doors to each floor were locked.

San Juan Views!

Our stay was great! The apartment had amazing views, location, and Jo was the best! She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests. This apartment is prime location and very quiet and safe. We would definitely recommend.

Great location and view next to Marriott

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment for our first time in Puerto Rico. The view could not be more amazing and the apartment is located centrally in Condado walkable to many great restaurants (our favorite was santaella). My favorite part of the stay was opening all the windows and having the ocean breeze fill the room. The host Jo is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the area having lived here for 25 years. We had an issue with the tv when we first arrived and she went out a bought a brand new 65 inch tv within 2 hours. One thing to note is the elevator did stop working a few times so make sure you are able to walk 7 floors of stairs if needed.Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely return. Missing that view already!

Great location

The unit delivered with a great view and location. Jo, was responsive and friendly. The unit was true to the pictures but a little more “worn” than anticipated. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable. The kitchen was a little cramped with older appliances, the sofa was older as well. The beach was however steps from the front door.

Wonderful location and host

Jo provided us with everything we needed, and the condo could not be in a better spot. It’s amazing to walk out onto the beach but also have easy access to old San Juan and the major highways. We would love to visit again!

Lovely Place!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was so nice being right on the beach and next to so many convenient stores and activities. It is a very walkable area. I was able to walk to the lagoon for some morning kayaking as well as set up a pick up and drop off right across the street at the Marriott for a sunset cruise. Jo was very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and honest about any potential issues that needed to be addressed. I will definitely stay here again.
