Enjoyed this trip, Puerto Rico is wonderful. The property was good. A little weathered but still good. Host was great! Carolina Beach is great as well. Loved Old San Juan. Restaurants are a bit pricy. Over all a wonderful time!

Decent but wouldnt stay again

Location was good however the washer and dryer didnt work and thr laundry card they provided didnt have money on it. No instructions to use the door fob openers.

View of the beach and ocean was wonderful. Bedroom is small and very cramped walking to the opposite side of the bed in-between bed/dresser. Bath area, kitchen, living area have better spacing and lovely. In-condo washer did not work. Well supplied and the "welcome goodies" are a nice gesture. Location to the beach and stores/restaurant was a positive. External noises and traffic higher than desirable but ocean waves were definitely present too!

Few hiccups, but overall pretty good

I’ll start by saying the view and location is AMAZING. That being said, a couple small issues but our property manager handled everything. We awoke one day to a leaking ceiling. The unit above us had a broken pipe so water was dumping into our unit. The girl at the front desk didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate this. I reached out to my property manager and they had a cleaning crew come by and fix everything while we were away sight seeing. The groceries left for us upon arrival were an added bonus. The washer and dryer in room didn’t work and there was no laundry card left for us. Thank God a friend of ours stayed in building too so we used their card for the public machines. The parking lot clicker is hit or miss. Make sure you point it directly at gate. Took us two days to figure this out. Also, the parking spots assigned are TINY. Make sure you rent a small vehicle. A large, SUV, truck or van has no chance of fitting in a parking spot without banging your doors. I would definitely return…

Great location and beach

Check in was different,Had to wait for security to let you in the gate just outside lobby,there should be a call button that goes to lobby desk.Other than that it was all good.Had to use translator app,not everyone at the desk speaks english.Best access to the beach.Umbrella rental was right there ,get there early for a good spot,or just to the left is palm trees to sit under .2 bars attatched to condo on beachfront.Full grocery store is only a 10 min walk.Also 1 block up is a pharmacy,they have beer,wine,alcohol,ice,and some food stuff.Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.Went to Dennys for breakfast once,12 minute walk.Everything looks far away on map but it is not.Awesome brick oven pizza is in the Verdanza Hotel,Get the Margherita 2.0.Dinner was good there too.Bed was a little hard and pillows could use an upgrade.Sluders were drafty during storms.Kitchen only has stainless pans for the induction cooktop,really nees at least 1 nonstick for cooking eggs.Watch your head on the corners of the glass rangehood.Was a great week,Will definitely be back.If you plan any excursions book early,it was christmas week and everything was mostly booked.The Scooter rental was close on the map,but was nowhere to be found when when walking to find it.Uber was easy to get.Again had a great week,thanks.

Location, Location, Location

This place is located in a great neighborhood! You can walk out of the apartment and be on the beach in less than 30 seconds. The apartment is nice the building it's in is a little rundown, the AC works great, but the bed is not the most comfortable, but the view from the apartment is spectacular! There some great little touches to the place, like the fact they have beach towels, a cooler for you to bring drinks to the beach, and beach chairs, but they are not as comfortable as the rental chairs on the beach. Over all I would say any downfalls of the place are made up for with the location.

Would recommend!

Loved staying here. Was amazing beach view and and a minute walk to the beach. Condo was clean and very spacious. Loved the full kitchen would like to come back and stay again thank you for having me.

The place was nicer than I expected. The ceiling fan in the dining in the living room area could be fixed. Makes a lot of noise when spinning I expected the hallways to be air-conditioned. . The pool has a shower right there so you can wash your feet, also bathroom for men and women right there next to the pool very convenient . The place is very accessible to the beach, which is good. The ocean view windows did not have shades for privacy

Great location and setup is ready made as other reviews state with food and all beach amenities you could need there for use. AC’s are updated and worked great. The location is perfect for beach days and multiple groceries stores/pharmacies within a mile. Old San Juan is only a 15 min ride and a gated parking space is given for your car all week. Again, smart touches by the property owner around food, coffee, beach items, etc. that make you want to come back.

Lucille's Great Place

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. It's right on the beach with lots of restaurants you can walk to. The owner left us some drinks and food to start us off so we didn't have to run to the grocery store right away. There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach and plenty of towels. She also has beach toys if you have children. It was a great place.

Place and location

The apartment is beautifully remodeled and it have everything you’ll need. A full equipped kitchen and a washer and drier. Location is perfect in front of one of the best beaches around and to walking distance to shops and restaurants. We didn’t have hot water when we arrived however the host went to the unit right away to see what was the issue (which the water heater was turned off) and fixed it in no time. The host was fantastic! 100% recommended

Great location

Everything is what the pictures show. The view is amazing. The beach towels and chairs came in handy. The negative is the ACs need to be updates not as cold as we would have liked it. We had to lower it the max for it to cool off the space.

Beautiful views from the condo! Even better views than the pictures show!! Great communication from the start to checkout. I read a few comments about the AC/window units and it was really no problem. Always as cool as we wanted it to be. Everything updated on inside! Conformable bed and sleeper sofa . Close to restaurants and grab stores. Beach right out the door! Would recommend for sure and we would book again!

the apartment is next to the beach and close to everything in San Juan. private parking spot is a must if you drive and stay in Isla Verde. washer and dryer in apartment lets you pack lighter. the apartment is quiet even though it is right above the main beach access road. second time staying at this apartment will come again if its available.

Yes it had great ocean views at the corner of the condo. I want to give this a great review and the owner has done a good job with most of the upgrades it has a beautiful kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches all the way around. The problem is they didn't upgrade the air conditioners and they don't work. We couldn't use the bedroom at all because it was a hot box. We have to set up our bed in the living room and that air conditioner was a little better but still very loud. It's also loud down below the condo late into the night because there's bars and restaurants. There's also patrons with boomboxes and cops that come along with their whooping noises. This goes on for a very long time we were asleep deprived and it ruined our ability to enjoy the condo. We left early but no one has gotten back to us about an adjustment which I think we should get on our rate. The lack of communication doesn't set well with me either. I really wish that they would work with me. I can't say it was all bad. I think they really need to make improvements.
