  • Our private apartment we call `Blue Ocean` is a 15th floor, beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment w/ balcony facing the ocean. “Blue Ocean” is brand new to the vacation rental market is is bound to be one of our most popular properties with a stunning view of the ocean from every room. The apartment, on Condado Beach, is in the secure gated condominium of Condado del Mar. This architect remodeled, bight 2 bedroom apartment provides sleeping for 4 in a Queen bed and private bathroom is each bedroom. The kitchen includes refrigerator, 4 burner range with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. We provide all linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen closet. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! The living room has cable TV as well as streaming apps for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. All spaces are air conditioned and have high-speed WIFI. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location in the heart of Condado. You`ll be able to walk to all the Condado restaurants, bars, CVS, Walgreens, liquor store and a full service 24/7 supermarket. Just 15 min from Luis Munoz International Airport, 10 min to Old San Juan, 40 min to El Yunque. UBER or taxi to anything around, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado and beyond.

    Condado Del Mar is beginning a much needed cosmetic renovation which should not affect your stay in any way.

    Just over the bridge from Old San Juan and Puerta de Tierra, Condado is one of Puerto Rico`s most fashionable places to call home. Sophisticated bistros and restaurants draw lively crowds at night, and the beach is always popular. Fine dining, eclectic fusion, international flavors... you`ll find it all in Condado. Bangkok Bombay has, surprisingly, equally good Indian and Thai menus, and wicked lychee martinis. Yerba Buena is a lively place that brings Cuba to Condado. Condado`s entertainment is centered on three main activities: shopping (see below), the Miami-like Condado Beach, and the casinos. Two of the area`s top casino hotels in San Juan are here. Of all the casino hotels in San Juan, the Condado Plaza feels most like a Vegas property. It`s the first hotel you come across as you enter Condado from Old San Juan. At over 12,000 square feet, its casino is among the largest in San Juan, featuring more than 400 slot machines, Blackjack, Craps, Roulette and Texas Hold-em (this is one of only a handful of casinos in San Juan that has Hold-em games). The neighborhood is also home to several small parks—urban oases that make for a pleasant break when you`re out shopping. Additionally, there are plenty of outdoor activities, such as stand-up paddle boarding, yoga, and surfing schools in the area.

    Public transportation is not regular, but you can get an Uber or taxi in minutes. You can walk to restaurants, mini markets, fast foods, supermarket, liquor store and enjoy the city.
    KASA House Rules and Policies:
    Welcome to KASA! We’re excited to host you and want to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Here are a few important guidelines to help make your experience enjoyable and avoid any misunderstandings.

    In order receive detailed self-check in instructions, the guest is required to upload a photo government ID of every guest staying at the property as well as phone number and email for each party.
    The individual who makes the reservation must be the registered guest, be at least 25 years old. We kindly ask guests to use the property as a vacation rental, adhering to all applicable laws. Only the confirmed number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the unit. We kindly as our guests to maintain a peaceful environment, ensuring that noise or disturbances do not disturb nearby property owners. Any disruptive behavior in the unit or common areas may lead to the immediate eviction from the premises, and unfortunately, no refunds will be offered. Guests will also be responsible for any fines incurred due to inappropriate behavior while on the property.
    Check-in is available any time after 3 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11 AM. Special arrangements, if possible, may be made in advance by contacting KASA.
    We want to maintain a peaceful environment, so parties or events are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
    For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping products are not allowed in the property. A fee of $500 will be incurred if this policy is not followed.

    In the event that you misplace any items, please note the following fees:
    $75 for lost keys
    $50 for lost or damaged TV remote or AC/FAN remote
    $60 for lost or damaged parking remote.
    As your host during this short-term stay, we retain the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, we will strive to provide similar accommodation or offer a full refund or credit for a future visit.
    Please be aware that our cancellation policy varies based on the booking. You can find the specific terms associated with your reservation on the booking platform used. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within ten business days.
    If you`ve been approved to bring a pet, an additional $250 damage deposit will apply.
    If you do not check in for your reservation, without prior notice, the entire cost of the stay will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
    Regarding utility outages, please note that if they occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or compensation unless the outage lasts more than 24 hours. In such cases, any compensation will be determined at the host`s discretion. For any issues related to Wi-Fi outages, we will do everything possible to have services restored by the provider, however, we regret that no refunds can be issued.
    If guests leave personal items behind, we will make every reasonable effort to return them after contacting the guest. However, if these items remain unclaimed for 30 days, they will become the property of the host, who cannot be held responsible for their condition.
    We also want to clarify that no refunds can be granted for shortened stays due to adverse weather, personal emergencies, or other commitments.
    Please be aware that KASA cannot accept responsibility for any damages to vehicles parked on the property.
    We understand that weather can be a concern when traveling to a tropical island. Our hurricane and storm policy are designed to be clear and fair. Refunds will only be issued if the National Weather Service declares a mandatory evacuation for our location. In such a case, we`ll refund the unused portion of your current booking, or any reservation scheduled to begin during the mandatory evacuation period, starting from the day the order is given. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for regular rain or tropical storms, as these are part of the natural climate here. However, we`re happy to work with you to reschedule your cancelled vacation based on our availability.
    LIABILITY WAIVER: KASA Vacation Rentals is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items that belong to guests. This includes losses from natural events such as floods, storms, or other `Acts of Nature.` Additionally, for incidents like fire, water issues, power outages beyond our control, or disruptions caused by service providers, KASA cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred by the guest.
    To ensure a pleasant stay for all, it`s essential to adhere to these guidelines, along with property and public health regulations. Noncompliance may result in early termination of the reservation without a refund. Guests agree to cover any reasonable costs, including attorney fees, incurred by the owner in enforcing this agreement.

Spring Break w/ Teen Daughter

Absolutely phenomonal location and views (cannot overatate this). Property managers are extremely reaponsive and helpful. If the size of the unit fits your needs you cannot go wrong.

Modern condo w/ phenomenal views!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week (much too short!) and it quickly became our home away from home! The views are simply stunning, the beds comfortable, the kitchen supplies plentiful, the bathrooms very modern and plenty of towels, beach chairs & anything else we needed. Being on the 15th floor gave us unbelievable views of the beach, ocean, huge pool and some city views too! The large balcony with extra room and seating was heaven. We especially appreciated the desk for work while on vacation (ugh) and plenty of room for everything. Loved it! 😍

Interior of apartment very nice. Exterior of building was in need of work. Beach access was cumbersome. Not sure of the low pitch siren type of wail, but was always constant in the neighborhood and could not determine the source.

Great view and lovely apartment

We had me, husband and two adult children staying for 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with great cookware and appliances. We were able to cook breakfasts and a couple of dinners with ease. The views and sounds of the beach were amazing. It was nice to have the beach chairs and quality beach towels available for our use. The apartment was well laid out, beds are comfortable, air conditioning quiet and effective, wonderful bathroom towels, and the apartment lighting was great. You can tell there was great care when refurbishing this unit. As mentioned, the condition of the building’s exterior needs a LOT of work but did not affect the apartment itself. There is a large pool area that had adequate number of chairs. Access to the beach was easy just remember to take your key to get back in! The Condado beach area is known for bit rougher waves which we found was true during our stay. It was a lovey stay. Thank you Peter for your timely responses and the lovely apartment!

I thought this was an amazing apartment. I love the two bedrooms and even more loved the panoramic view of the beach in ocean. Very clean and well put together. The host was extremely responsive to any messages I sent. I would absolutely stay again.
