In the middle of Old San Juan

Very walkable location - close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping! Good AC in the bedrooms, main room stayed cool enough. There is convenient valet parking around the corner for 25/day or you can do a short walk to the parking down by the water for 5/day. They provided beach towels & chairs which were great to have! Laundry machine very helpful too.

Great Location!!

Great Location, everything as advertised & excellent communication. The location is close to everything in old San Juan. The property is clean with a large living area and well stocked. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in the area.

Location can't be beat!

We (2 parents, 2 teenagers and a child) had a great stay from beginning to end - easy communication, flexible time in and out so we could make the most of our time (and delayed return flight). It is in the absolute heart of beautiful old San Juan. Great restaurants on the street and all within a 1-15 min walk. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked perfectly, laundry was quick and easy to use. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels, blankets, etc. It is located 1 short / easy flight upstairs.Because it is in the very center of everything, there is some street noise (people and cars) to be aware of. And as warned by the owner, the hot water is not so hot and water pressure low.There is a pharmacy and supermarket within 30 second walk if needed and so many sights and restaurants nearby. It made it easy for us to go out and about, come home to cool off and rest and go back out for more of this beautiful town. We Ubered to a car rental in San Juan and then parked our car in a garage about 1 min walk from the unit, for 25/24 hours. Super convenient. Thanks for a great first trip to PR - can't wait to return!

Had so much fun staying in old San Juan. Could not have found a better location, a stones throw away from everything. Supermarket couldn't be any closer and a great Italian restaurant right cross the street. Looking forward to my next visit to PR

Great Location in Old San Juan

This property was perfect for our stay in Old San Juan. It's in a great location for walking to all the sites, and we were able to park our car in the garage around the corner for our three night stay. The property is spacious and was very comfortable for our family of four adults. The management team for the property was helpful and responsive to any questions. We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay, Great Space

I stayed with my husband and 2 kids; we all loved it! This apartment is a prime location and it is so beautifully decorated and well maintained. The space is enormous and very clean. Having the washer/dryer in the kitchen was so convenient, and it washed and dried clothes quickly and well! The beds were super comfy, the couch was too. I can't say enough good things about our stay here, I am still fantasizing about living here. Also, the host was super responsive.

These Kasa Lofts are the best. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 5. It is next door to pharmacy, grocery store, and restaurants. Nightlife bars and clubs are only a few blocks away and there is no noise. Host was great at communicating.

HUGE apartment, perfect location

My family and I stayed here during our Spring Break trip to Puerto Rico and I it could not have been more perfect. Everyone had plenty of room, the amenities were ideal (full kitchen, washer/dryer), and the location is steps away from everyone in Old San Juan. The property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and easy. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you!

Lovely Place

Stayed right before Christmas and the location, atmosphere, size, and cleanliness for a family couldn't be better. Plenty of space to relax when needed so you're not on top of each other. Quiet at night and road and construction noise in the daytime, but the bedrooms are situated further back in from the street. Old San Juan is great! Communication was great as well. We would stay here again. Just know that getting around by car would be difficult as there is no parking really anywhere (we did not have a car and didn't have any problems walking to most places and Uber'ed when needed - including Ubering to a car rental place when we wanted to drive ourselves to other places on the island).

We loved our stay at The Lofts. The neighborhood was vibrant and exciting for the kids. It offered a cultural experience that was an exciting change from the beaches of Puerto Rico. The apartment was comfortable and beautiful and well stocked with the basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. Our hosts were responsive and kindly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was simple. I would definitely recommend this home.

Nice space. Great location.

We were quite pleased with our stay. The management was very responsive. The common areas were comfortable and good for socializing. The facility was well-equipped. Two small problems: the bedrooms could use more lights for reading, and one of the double beds was very squeaky. We would recommend this place. Thank you.
