Cannot beat this location - we enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the golfers tee off each morning. Only used the air conditioning in the bedrooms and they kept us plenty cool. Kitchen is nicely updated with everything you would need. Plenty of space in the dining/living room, but we mostly enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Beach chairs are available if you plan to explore other beaches. Beach towels, boogie boards and cooler also available. You will need a car to get to the beach, as well as to explore El Yunque. We preferred the villa beach area but also enoyed the beach area in front of the Wyndham - beach chairs and umbrellas are available at both. We got drinks and delicious burgers at 5:00 somewhere and had a fabulous dinner at Iguanas in the Clubhouse. Would also recommend the Rico Pan bakery for pastries and sandwiches, Ekelekua for brunch or lunch,and Luquillo Kiosk #22 - Jibaros.

Took me a minute to realize I needed to park outside the cluster gate and walk into the unit to get the gate opener, but that was the worst part of the whole stay! The unit has everything you need, even beach chairs and toys. I stayed with my father and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the terrace with coffee in the morning, a drink in the evenings.

Outstanding location to explore Puerto Rico

You get a vacation of a lifetime by staying at this villa. You can explore the rainforest, go to the best beaches, nightlife in San Juan, and plenty of golf. Situated inside a resort complex you can enjoy the hotel bars, restaurants, and spa. Conveniently located, you can access other golf courses and resorts, restaurants, the airport, and San Juan within 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Great location (30 min east of SanJuan), close to some activities, nice condo on a very nice Wyndham complex. Price is fair for what you're getting. Having access to golf cart is huge. During our stay Florida had snow. We had great weather. Puerto Rico is tropical place. Rains come (and go). Friendly people, good food & music everywhere. Safe.

Incredible property

We stayed for 10 days and the property was perfect for our little family. From the golf cart to the boogie boards, you have everything you could need to feel like you're at home. The host is so nice and responsive when needed as well.

Bed and sofa couch needs to be a little cleaner, sheets and pillow. Front door needs to be fixed, and Windows has no screen to protect yourself from mosquitoes. Main pool was under construction and we were not notified

Great Resort!

First let me tell you that the resort is beautifull. The Villa is spacious and in great shape. The Kitchen was great and we made breakfast there everyday. Sofas where pretty comy and the tv was nice to chill will at night since there was streaming options included. The outside patio is a great place to enjopy your morning coffee and with a nice view of the golf course. The Golf cart woked great and you can take it to the main Hotel building. There we enjoyed the bar and live music. Drinks are pricey but Par for the course for this type of resort. But the drinks where good. One main bedroom has a nice bed and the second bedroom has a small bunk bed. There are 3 AC units and the place cool for sure. Just be aware that there is remote for tha "second" unmaned gate to get into the Villa area. You either have to make arangemets to get that before or get it in the villa . To do that you would have to park the car outside the gate and walk down the first set of stairs on the right. and come back to open it. Filling the golf cart with gas was alos a chalenge. You have to get gas with a can that is in the Laundry room and the fill the cart. The gas can didnt work so great. Food at the resort is expensive and frankly you are better off eating off property. Picuas 123 (not sure if thats how you spell it) just outsiide of the resort was AMAZING! and there is a free shuttel to get there too! Comunication with Host was ok. but no lineHope this info helps. I would recomend and stay again.

Nice location, but not clean, needs work, Host not very kind

I am a Host, was traveling as a Guest. Frankly floored at how we were treated. Thank GOD I documented everything! He accused us of bringing in an animal, NOT true, we fly in from Michigan, left me a phone text that was so absurd and attacking. Had to block! Host was hostile to me after trying to HELP the Host, letting him know his cleaning team left many things unaddressed. Mold in both bathrooms, kitchen dishes doety, toaster over filthy, no wash cloths, no shampoo, kichen lazy susan soaked with sticky substamce on everything, too much to even list. To be fair, he did send housekeeping 24 hours after, but STILL, many items were not adressed. Roof leaked in master bedroom, which I took pics of to inform HOST. I tried hard to work with him, but he became quite irritated with me, told me many of the complaints were MY reaponsibility, like shpoo, etc.

Golfer's delight

For those who love to play golf, you couldn't ask for a better location. It is right next to the clubhouse where you have access to both the ocean and the river courses the hole in one grill and the iguana restaurant And the golf cart definitely comes in handy. If you decide to go to the beach after your morning round of golf, you can head on over to the beach club and pull right up to the beach with the cart. Omar was very attentive to both Calls and text messages, he responded very quickly. Overall, for the price, a very nice place to stay.. Thank you Omar

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 month stay at the villa. Very spacious rooms and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and the golf cart was very convenient to get to the beach,pool or hotel.We will definitely be back.

The apartment was disgusting. It had not been clean before we arrived. The mattresses were stained, the bathroom with ants—the curtains with molds. It had a horrible smell. I had to buy Clorox to clean the apartment while I stayed. The location was beautiful, golf cart a most, but the apartment needs to be updated. The owner has yet to communicate or ask us how we are doing. The access to the property could have been more transparent.

Family Return to PR Vacation after 12 yrs

The villa overall is actually really nice, it has a mix of rustic + new upgrades, large enough for a family of 5 with all the amenities you need. But.... Unfortunately, there are things that must be upgraded and/or the owner must make sure are absolutely cleaned each time rented; the sofa bed mattresses for both sofas must to be replaced because they are horribly stained and have an odor. Additionally, the top bunk in the 2nd bedroom smells as if it was urinated on & lastly the futon mattress is also stained horribly & should be replaced. The 1 thing we noticed when we got there was that all the linens on the beds smelled funny so i went to replace them with the supposed clean linens supplied & much to my surprise i found a balled sheet that was peed stuffed in the linen closet causing all linens to smell. i had to literary take all bedding from all beds plus towels & wash everything everything with detergent & softner, giving me some peace of mind. Please make the upgrades & clean ALL linens, including towels after each rental stay & i guarantee we'll be back!!

Perfect vacation with a view

Perfect golf and Beach family condo

This property was ideally located and we'll equipped for a fun family vacation. The golf cart was an essential part of the experience - making it easy to reach the beach club and access the Wyndham resort facilities. Everything in the villa was ideal for a comfortable and restful family vacation. The patio was ideal for quiet relaxation. Omar made access and departure easy. Thoroughly recommend.
