Todo estuvo perfecto, el unico detalle fue que las ventanas no tienen seguros para que no se puedan abrir y el barandal no es muy alto, yo llevaba mi niña de 3 años

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property. While the building itself is older, the apartment has been slightly remodeled and was comfortable and well maintained. One of the best features was the location — the front door is just steps away from the beach. We also appreciated the 24-hour security, which made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, and we would definitely consider renting here again

Staying in this area of San Juan you get access to a nice part of the island with great culture and tourists , while also not being far away from the real native’s and cultures of Puerto Rico . Great stay , highly recommend

It took 48 hrs to have the entrance door lock resolved. The key to the lock was stuck in the lock, our personal items ran the risk of being stolen.The living room sofa was broken. The sofa bed mattress was terrible.

Location was amazing, on the beach! The unit needs some minor repairs and was misleading as we thought we had a balcony and did not! Other than that everything was good!

This was a great place to stay! Would recommend this to somebody looking for a nice place by the beach. Though, the outside of the hotel is kinda sketch, but the inside is very nice to don’t be deceived by the outside. Everything was great. The communication between the owner and us was excellent! Every question I had they had an answer for and they responded quickly! If there was one thing I did not like about the hotel was the windows. When it would get very windy at night the windows would start shaking which created a loud bang sound. It didn’t bother me much though because I slept with earbuds but other than that it was great!

Isla Verde condo, no balcony, huge sliding windows, bring a sleep mask, earplugs, great location!

The power was out the 1st 24hrs. The lobby and hallway lights were on a generator. The elevator and water were working. We brought candles. The condo was as pictured and the host answered messages quickly. I messed up and reserved one night less than we needed and they were able to accommodate us. There was a pharmacy and several restaurants within walking distance. The beach and 2 bars are right out the back gate. I highly recommend Ma Casita. There is a grocery store within a few blocks, but it's kind of a sketchy walk at night. I brought gel pepper spray and felt safe enough. Chose no car rental, Uber was always available. We even used Uber Eats a few times. They cannot come up to your condo. Sometimes they are able to come to the security desk and at times you meet them at the curb. Some minor inconveniences were; the coffee pot did not work, there were no hot pads or dish towels, the bathroom did not have a fan to remove odors or shower steam, the fold out couch was very uncomfortable for an adult, the door had big frosted glass sections that let in a lot of hallway light while you slept, and the street outside was noisy. A bedroom TV would have been very nice. The TV is in front of the fold out couch, so if you wanted to go to bed you had to wait for the viewer to vacate it. The one big issue was that you had to use the key to get in or out of the condo. If one person stayed there they were locked in, big fire hazard on the 9th floor. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great location and good apartment in a run down building

Overall, the apartment itself it’s remodeled and aesthetically looks like in the pictures. The dimensions are smaller than how they look in pictures. The apartment building location is great for easy access to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and the airport. The building itself is run down and needs a lot of TLC. Not very appealing coming into the building and inside until you get to the apartment. Once inside, is fine. The manager was very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Great customer service!

Close to beach and airport

This condo is close to so many things but most important, it's a hop and a skip away from the airport. There are so many things to do nearby so if you plan on using Uber throughout your trip, it should be cost effective and light on your pockets. The host allowed us to check in early which was very accommodating. When we arrived, we had to wait for someone staying in the building to let us in since the building where the condo is located has locked gates. Also, there was a bit confusion with the front desk attendant since she didn’t speak English. We couldn't figure out the lockbox at first but overall the host did everything to make sure we figured out and that we were comfortable once we were inside. Other than the beautiful beach that is only a few steps from the condo, the building/area is not a beauty to look at. It's very outdated and so are the lobby, elevators and hallways. So if you're looking for a breathtaking, resort type view, this is not that. However, the inside of the condo is upgraded and comfortable for 2 people. The host was kind and was very prompt with answering our many questions.

Location was awesome with direct access to the beach. Security in the lobby were friendly and helpful. Building and residence was well maintained for this being located right on the coast and beach. Only negative was a bit difficult check in procedures for initially entering the property. Also, although posting describes this as about an 18 minute walk from the airport, do not attempt this as you will run out of sidewalk about a mile into your stroll. Get a taxi which were plentiful and reasonably priced. Great stay!

Great place to stay. Wonderful!

We've stayed in this building before. Great place. Great Pool. Beach across the street. Alambique Restaurant was closes I guess off season. Miss that restaurant a lot. There's another one there but small. Check in process... Too much questions on Ipad with security. I had to leave my wife and baby in the car to go upstairs... get key from lockbox and garage beeper. Security didn't open gate for me. The apartment is nice. Just like the pictures. Open space. Comfortable. Downside... no laundry in the apartment. Had to use building laundry and load card. The fridge.... either max temp on freezer or max fridge temp. Can't have both... max out freezer temp will make fridge part not cold. After first night we realized that. Either way would come back to Apt. But this is our 2nd time in PR so this is our last trip there.
