Everything was clean, convenient and close to the beach. We had everything needed for our stay. If you're traveling with more than 2 ,you'll find the sofa bed to be very uncomfortable, but other than that, no complaints lol

Property is beautiful and is in a great location. Right in the heart of Isla Verde. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Easy access to main roads and Uber is always available. Property has parking which is a big thing in that area. Beach is walking distance. Many casinos are walking distance from the property. Security is very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed staying in this property and will plan to stay there again.

Location was great. Felt very safe in neighborhood as well as the building as it was a gated building. Condo had everything needed to be comfortable, including beach chairs/towels. Only issue was parking beeper did not always work right away and pillows were not the comfiest. Otherwise, my family and I enjoyed the stay and would choose again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property. While the building itself is older, the apartment has been slightly remodeled and was comfortable and well maintained. One of the best features was the location — the front door is just steps away from the beach. We also appreciated the 24-hour security, which made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, and we would definitely consider renting here again

Staying in this area of San Juan you get access to a nice part of the island with great culture and tourists , while also not being far away from the real native’s and cultures of Puerto Rico . Great stay , highly recommend

Love staying here. Close to everything. If you rent a car it has parking but if you don’t need a car then you can just be a beach bum and not move from the area.

Great location

Apartment was very clean and in a prime location. Quick access to the beach and lots of police presence which made us feel very safe. Such a beautiful city and this place made our stay great!

Beautiful Condo

The main lobby and building is outdated but the condo was very clean, cozy and beautiful. Location is great!! Would of been nice if someone walked you through to show you how to enter from the beach area.. little confusing but figured it out! Would absolutely stay here again!

Location was amazing, on the beach! The unit needs some minor repairs and was misleading as we thought we had a balcony and did not! Other than that everything was good!

This was a great place to stay! Would recommend this to somebody looking for a nice place by the beach. Though, the outside of the hotel is kinda sketch, but the inside is very nice to don’t be deceived by the outside. Everything was great. The communication between the owner and us was excellent! Every question I had they had an answer for and they responded quickly! If there was one thing I did not like about the hotel was the windows. When it would get very windy at night the windows would start shaking which created a loud bang sound. It didn’t bother me much though because I slept with earbuds but other than that it was great!
