BATHROOM - Located outside of the bedroom, it is equipped with a water heater, towels, toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo.

COMMON AREA – Equipped with 2 comfy sofas, ceiling fan and a plasma TV with ROKU and Netflix! Also brand new AC!

KITCHEN - The spacious kitchen is equipped with:

· GE 1200 watt microwave
· Kenmore double toaster
· five-burner gas stove with oven
· Starbucks Verismo coffee maker, coffee mugs, and local coffee!
· plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils/eating utensils

The guests will have access to every part of the house. A third bedroom will remain locked during your stay, given that we use it to store some of our belongings.

The house is in Carolina City, one of Puerto Rico’s most important tourist centers and immediately east of the capital San Juan.

OLD SAN JUAN (22 min Uber) – Enjoy the oldest part of town, surrounded by its historic fortress and buildings reminiscent of Spanish colonial architecture. This area is the most commonly visited by international travelers. You can also find bars and high-end stores.

CONDADO (16 min Uber) – Here you will find fancy restaurants, stores, bars, and beaches.

ISLA VERDE (11 min Uber)- Here you will find lots of local restaurants, beaches, an nightlife.

EL YUNQUE RAINFOREST (27 min drive) – One of the most beautiful natural attractions in Puerto Rico. El Yunque is the only tropical rain forest in the United States National Forest System and the United States Forest Service. The forest has several trails from which the jungle-like territory`s flora and fauna can be appreciated. It is the Caribbean equivalent to Mount Olympus. A must see!

PLAZA CAROLINA MALL (1 min drive, 15 min walk) - The second-largest shopping center in Puerto Rico! With over 200 stores, this mall includes JCPenney, Sears, Forever 21, Express, TJ Maxx & Walgreens.

CARIBBEAN CINEMAS (2 min drive, 16 min walk) - Great movie theatre with the latest technology.

LOIZA STREET (12 min Uber)– This famous street holds various restaurants inspired by cuisine from around the world. You can also find bars and local stores.

OCEAN PARK BEACH (17 min Uber) – This beach is the most visited by locals and travelers.

Uber is highly recommended for a more pleasant experience. It is a way cheaper experience than taxi`s and faster than public transportation.

Puerto Rico is hot, so we recommend that you bring light clothes!
1. No smoking or parties! A $150.00 fee will be charged if you smoke inside and any items that may be damaged by the smoke (e.g., linens, pillows, etc.).

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may only stay on the property for a while. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

3. The unit is privately owned; the owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners and hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are explicitly assuming the risk of any harm from their use of the premises or others they invite to use it.

4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

6. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that something other than toilet paper was flushed during your stay and clogged the septic system, you will be charged for the damages.

7. Please ensure ALL windows and doors are shut while the A/C is in operation; please turn them OFF when you are not in the unit. Leaving the A/C 24/7 will burn them out, as will leaving them on with open windows. THE A/C’s ARE NOT MEANT TO COOL THE WHOLE HOUSE. If the A/C’s are broken during your stay due to improper use, there will be an extra charge on top of the reservation.

8. Every item in the house has a price. You are responsible for them during your stay; if anything is missing or damaged after your stay, you will be charged to replace the item.

9. Eat at the dining table. Please do not eat in the bedroom.

10. Quiet time: 9 PM to 9 AM. Mind your neighbors and avoid excessive noise.

11. At check out, wash the dishes, and leave the space as clean as possible.

12. Clean the coffee machine after every use.

13. Have a great time! Although the rules may sound strict, we are all about having a great time. Don`t hesitate to ask; enjoy your stay!

14. If you notice something that does not align with the listing description or your expectations, you must let us know during your stay and allow us to resolve any issue before you check out. Reviews left claiming inconsistencies during your stay that were not reported to us are not valid.
