Perfect Stay for Solo Trip

I loved staying here! Felt like i was at a fancy hotel/apartment. Host was gracious enough to let me check in early. Had no issues. There are separate AC units per room and the one in the bedroom was warmer than the living room when i got there, but i was able to drop the temperature and all was fine. Beautiful view from the balcony. Within 5 mins if arrival i saw multiple sea turtles in the water. Very quiet place for the location, which was great. Lots of scooters parked outside which i loved riding around on. I can't wait until my next trip to Puerto Rico, i hope to stay here again.

Cozy and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. We enjoyed our stay, the Apt is comfortable, cozy, and the view was beautiful. The Apt conveniently located near old San Juan and other attractions. This is our 4th time in PR but we usually stay at hotels. After this trip, we will def stay here again.

Great Location

The property was very close to Old San Juan. about a 6.00 Uber ride. Our stay was very short but we enjoyed the apartment. The bidet was a bonus. The pool area was also a place where we could relax in the evening and listen to the ocean waves.

Great location!!

Location is amazing. Apartment itself is sparsely furnished with not-very-nice furniture. Bed and couch were both a bit uncomfortable, and the couch has a broken foot. Dishwasher flooded when I tried to run it, and kitchen is very small. Still, I’m really glad I stayed there because it was in a great spot, and it was nice to be in my own place, not a hotel.

Great Property, Location, Host

I have nothing but positive reviews of the property as the Condo itself was great, in a great location, very conveniently located to food and walking distance from the beach. Also it’s on a short and inexpensive Uber ride to either Old San Juan or the Condado strip. My only “complaint” if you can call it that is that the building doesn’t allow smoking on the balcony, and as an avid Cigar smoker, i Was looking forward to a morning Cigar and coffee on the balcony. But that’s the building’s policy. You can’t go wrong with this property and the host Paola was extremely accommodating and responsive and made sure to check frequently if I needed anything.

Perfect quiet stay with plenty of room

We loved the condo. From booking to checkout everything went perfectly. We made several meals in the kitchen. The separate bedroom was also very nice. The two bathrooms were a great feature. The security was also very nice. Everyone we met at the property was very friendly. One amazing feature was the balcony looking over the bay and condado. It blocked the morning sun from shining in the windows directly. We will definitely look at this condo when we return in the spring.

Nice unit in great location!

We've stayed in this area several times now, and this is the nicest unit we've been in. It's very spacious with a nice living area. The manager was very attentive to our needs and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Lagoon

Right in the heart of San Juan, walk to Old San Juan, superb restaurants and beaches. This very spacious suite is well equipped for a short stay or a long adventure. We loved the patio overlooking the lagoon and the features of the property. The pool area is gorgeous against the crashing waves. With the Caribe Hilton right next door at more than double the price, this provides more space, a full kitchen and you can hit to the lobby bar for live music at the Hilton, best of both worlds. Communication with the property owner was excellent, they even offered a late checkout without being asked! That has never happened before. Highly recommend this VRBO for a stay in San Juan.

Excellent! Would definitely go back!

We stayed here for four nights in mid-July and really enjoyed our visit. Everyone we met was welcoming and helpful. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach, El Escambron. Beach chairs and towels, plus a nice cooler were provided in the room. The suite was well maintained and the air-conditioning worked flawlessly. The bed was very comfortable and the mattress looked to be almost new. Highly recommend this property!

5 Days in Puerto Rico

Very nice condo with a balcony and view of lagoon (just like the picture). AC worked great, quiet and cool. Comfy bed. Appreciate the front desk and security crew, pleasant and courteous. We had no issues. We would stay here again. Recommend Cruda for local lunch and bagel place above Cruda for breakfast.

Perfect spot!

We loved this unit! Had everything we needed and was a quick walk to the necessities; grocery store, restaurants and of course, the beach : ). Bed was comfortable and clean, TV had Roku and even netflix and the bathtub was amazing! Will book again!

Great location . And nice apt. One bedroom king size bed just for a couple not for family and friends. If your going to have friends stay over will not be good for . If your just going by yourself or with significant other is recommended. For its prices

Great place, would book again.

I booked only 3 nights here and I loved the view of the lagoon and the closeness to many restaurants. Condado beach is just a few minutes away walking. The only thing is that on the first night of our stay, I went into the kitchen and saw little cockroaches.

Master bathroom shower dirty. Parking lot was away from property. Stove top all scratch/one briken

Fair to good. Condition of master bathroom shower was not good. The other half bathroom toilet had calcium deposit rings. The parking lot was away from property, inconvenient when weather is bad. The stove top was scratched and one of the knobs of the stove were broken. Overall it had a nice view but the owners should upgrade this apartment to look better and cleaner. I would recommend to search for more apartments inthe area. There are many nice ones.

Condo has an convenient location, near enough to walk to Condado, and at a slightly longer distance, to Old San Juan. Pictures provided are accurate, and things work as they should. Excellent communication prior to arrival. We got a kick out of brief glimpses of a manatee in the lagoon (or maybe it was two of them). Hope to stay here again on future visits to Puerto Rico.
