Eric was a super accommodating host. Everything was great and the beach and view are priceless! I accidentally booked one night too few and he hooked us up with another owner in the building and stored our things for us until we could check in. What a gem! 10 stars!!!

Stunning location! Close to food and shops. Lots of safety features with locked gate, door, elevator, etc. Perfect for two adults. Bed is so comfy and bedding very soft. Shoort drives to other stunning beaches all with their own beauty! Can't wait to come back!

In my honest review, Eric is absolutely the best host I've had in my years of renting. He was very attentive and responsive to my questions, and took care of my luggage the day I checked out when I had a late flight. The apartment is wonderful and perfect for a getaway. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and high quality. I found my place to stay in San Juan! Thank you Eric!

Incredible View and Location!

This was my second time staying at this wonderful beachfront spot, and I loved it just as much as the first! The location is unbeatable—the beach is right in front of the property, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean.Eric, the owner, was very thorough with the check-in process and made everything easy. When I accidentally left my flat iron behind, he was kind enough to let me return and pick it up—super accommodating and responsive.I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic beach getaway!

Excellent ocean view

A key is required to access the property so it was sent to us ahead of time. Unfortunately we forgot it at home, but luckily Eric was there to help. The property is right on the beach with a huge view of the ocean. It was wonderful waking up to the crashing of the waves on the beach right outside. There's tons within walking distance. Street parking is very limited (3 legal spots on a busy street). So if you rent a car it's worth paying the extra for a parking spot.

A Touch of Paradise

The Condado area is vibrant. The location and the spectacular ocean view coupled with the soothing sound of the ocean is priceless. A must stay. Can’t will to return. Owner makes the stay smooth by answering clearly any queries.

Great location, amazing views!

Great couple of days enjoying the beach and restaurants in Condado. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Even helped finding a hotel when our travel plans changed at the last minute. Would stay again when returning to San Juan.

Amazing place

This place was great, will definitely stay again. Had the best views to wake up to every morning. The location was right in the middle of everything, did not venture far unless it was for a tour as everything you needed was within walking distance. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. An Oasis...

Wow, just wow. Eric saved the day when the rental I had secured in PR turned out to be not great. I messaged him and he was super flexible in allowing me a same day checkin and offered to let me ditch my luggage there while the unit was being cleaned. The unit is lovely and the location CANNOT be beat. We felt totally safe and secure in the building and loved how central we were to everything. We will absolutely be booking again! It was perfect for a first time visit to PR.

Two Day Escape

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in. Absolutely beautiful condo. View is breathtaking. Steps away from beach. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, 24/7 pharmacy/stores. Check in directions are very clear and address easy to find. Very safe neighborhood and Eric is a great host. Also want to give a shout out to maintenance crew Jorge and Jesús Ramos who were very helpful with check in process and always willing to lend a hand. Will definitely be back

The Perfect Location!

Unit 7c at Stella Maris is amazing! The moment you walk in and see that full ocean view from the floor to ceiling windows everything is perfect. Great AC, perfectly soft bed & the best location you could ask for. Ropa Vieja restaurant is on the corner, we ate there multiple times, having traditional puerto rican food and drinks. Also right beside Pannes (for breakfast all day) and countless other places that offer nothing but amazing food. Highly highly recommend.

This place was absolutely the best place we have stayed at. It had the perfect location, the most beautiful view on the ocean right on the beach. It was super clean, the bed was comfortable. You could walk to everything. The owner Eric, is so wonderful and friendly, the perfect owner. We can’t wait to go back. This place is a definite must see.
