  • The apartment has been recently renovated with marble floors and modern bathrooms and completly firnished the condo is centrally located and it is within walking distance to the beautifull beach of la concha and to many spectaculars places fogo de chAo brazilian steak house and many hotels and casinos also you have Caridad and Walgreens 24/7 plus grocery stores and fresh mart for those who love organic old san juan is at 5 minutes drive or you can go to the bus stop which is located at one minute walk from the property right in front la concha provide private parking with private code and shower and beach towels plus beach chairs for your enjoyment A/C through out the apartment plus every bedroom has A/C and TV with cable and free wifi you'll love the location as well as the apartment and also state of the art brand new stylish kitchen.
    We have full power generator in case of a power outage you won’t notice it.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely amazing! Location is great and near everything. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back soon. The host was very attentive and easy to contact if you had any questions.

Perfect location to explore

Our family of 5, kids and grandma included, had a great stay. The apartment was in excellent shape and great location for us to explore San Juan. Close to the water, excellent restaurants (highly recommend El Refran!) And easy parking.

Great comfortable stay.

The spot was clean, spacious, and in prime location. Walking distance from a lot of good places to eat or hangout. The beach is right up the street. Everything else is a short drive away. Host was easily available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here. It’s perfect walking distance from everything and the condo had all the amenities you need for a good stay! The host is very kind and considerate of unusual travel plans and allowed us to check in a bit early, with prior coordination. Definitely check it out!

Great stay near Condado Beach

Quick, lovely stay for our family of four. Directions were a little confusing but quick response from Ozzie got us where we needed to be. We loved the layout and this 3 bedroom was perfect for us.

Short Walk to Everything

This condo was in a great location! Everything was exactly as described, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The host was communicative, and the space met all our expectations. We had small issues that we addressed after our stay, but overall, it was a really good experience. Would definitely recommend!"

House was perfect for us, clean and in a very walkable area. Great communication. We had a power outage in the area and the owner kept us informed of any updates on service being restored. We all had a wonderful time! Would stay again if in the area and would recommend to anyone else.

Convenient Location To Old San Juan

Easy Host to work with, everything was as described on listing. Great for our family and so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and Old San Juan. Felt completely safe walking the neighborhood at night. We would stay again.

Unit was close to most places. AC control in each room was great. Entire place was very clean. Host provided everything we needed. Nice if host provided 1-2 laundry pods for the 1-2 loads of wash we did. Biggest issue was noise from road and parking lot. You could hear sounds like windows were open. We should have said something on the first day about no hot water in master bath shower. Glad parking lot was not full as it would make squeezing into space 200 harder.

Great Place and location

Location was the most important matter for my family in the center of the condado area. Facility had a great layout for our family. Parking was good and secure. Property Manager was always available. We had a great experience in our stay.

Perfect!

Everything about this condo was amazing for our family of 6! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The condo was very clean and we felt very safe. Ossie was very responsive to our inquiries and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Location and a very modern apartment

I’m glad I picked this place to stay when I came to Puerto Rico it really added to the overall positive experience of my family’s trip, beautiful place with a good vibe everything worked and it was close to a lot of places it really feels like the owners put a lot of effort into making sure their clients are satisfied. Everything works, AC and beds are amazing.

Wonderful location

This was a very nice unit and about 2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants close by. Owner had great recommendations for restaurants and tour guide. Always responded quickly to messages. Will stay again here.

Great condo in a fabulous Condado location

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The apartment is clean and spacious and had plenty of room for us parents and three kids. Location was exceptional! Down the street from La Concha Renaissance, and close to restaurants, shopping, and beach access. We also could walk to the Condado Lagoon kayak tour quite easily. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location to the beach and restaurants/stores. Great communication with owner. Washcloths are in the kitchen cabinet which took us a day to find! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, Excellent Host

Beautiful apartment with an amazing host and great location. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in San Juan. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was incredibly kind and always responded immediately, which made everything very easy and pleasant. The location is excellent—everything you need is within easy reach, making it perfect for exploring the area. The only small drawback, which is beyond the host’s control, was some noise from the street at night. Despite this we truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Ossie’s apartment was perfect for our stay with our family. Plenty of room- great location steps from the beach and resorts. A quick ride into Viejo San Juan. Definitely recommend!!

The hospitality of both Ossie and his wife were excellent. Gave us the best tips and how to get to different places. We enjoyed the lounging space in the living room and dining room table. Very good location right in the middle of the city.
