This rental includes white towels, bedding with comforter and 4 pillows in each bedroom, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in a bathroom dispenser, 2-3 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, dishwashing soap, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, kitchenware basics such as plates, glasses, cups, and utensils, pots, pans, essentials and utensils for cooking, stove, oven, coffeemaker, basic coffee bean grinder, toaster, microwave, and food processor. Also included are 2 pedestal fans in the bedroom closets, 1 iron for ironing clothes, and 1 basic hair dryer. Additionally, there is HDMI port access for game consoles

*Our location is great for exploring the island, but it's not within walking distance to any attractions. However, there's a local supermarket and gas station just a 1-2 minute drive away.

*This property has a second floor with another unit upstairs. Entrances and parkings are separate and outdoor areas like the parking garage, the jacuzzi and porch are exclusively private for your use only. You will not be sharing any amenities with other guests or tenants. Parkings, check in process or your experience overall will not be impacted by the other floor. My father lives upstairs and is always traveling. Rest assure your experience is genuinely important and this will not cause any disturbance.

*We offer internet service as a courtesy, but it's subject to availability from the provider.

*Our facilities rely on public service utilities for electricity and water, so we can't offer refunds in case of any service interruptions.

*We can't be held responsible for accidents or weather conditions, so please check the forecast and have a backup plan.

*For security reasons, we have a camera in the garage area to prevent disturbances to our neighbors. Please don't tamper with the camera or your stay will be cancelled without refunds.

*Our maximum occupancy is 10 guests, and we don't allow pets.

*To ensure safety and prevent disturbances that may affect our neighbors, there is a security camera recording 24/7 in the garage area outside the house. The camera has motion detection and sound monitoring features. Please note that tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without any refunds
