The property is located on a quiet street. The home is spacious and can accommodate a large group. The outside area offers a nice place to relax. Check in details are sent 2 hrs before check-in via email. There are 2 codes needed for the outside gate and the interior door. Once you figure it out, its easy to navigate. There are a few items that need attention. The freezer doesn't get cold enough to freeze food items or water. The master shower has peeling paint and needs a touchup. There is also a sign the home has pest control, but we discovered live roaches in the master on our last night. The home is nice, but these areas need to be addressed.

The host was not very responsive. I sent 3 messages and no response. I was getting worried i was not going to have a place to stay. I had to ask him to respond to me. As i was boarding my plane i still hadn't recieved any check in info. I had to ask for it then when i landed i saw it was sent. The sheets and towels looked clean but everything else was not. The appliances and plates silverware were not clean. The master bed room had no pillowcases. I sent a message to host but got no response until the night before i was checking out. I mainly got this place for the 2 bathrooms however 1 bath had only cold water in the shower so everyone had to use the master bathroom shower only. Theres a hot tub that we tried to use but it never warmed up enough, so it wasnt usable. the pots and pans in the kitchen are very scratched up and really shouldn't be used. The washer has mold on the rubber allover so it was gross. The master bathrooom tile was painted and is peeling of. If your a light sleeper theres a dog next door that barks all night long.

A/C in each room was fantastic and cooled the rooms comfortably. We had a family of 7 so jot water could be an issue if taking showers around the same time. The communication with Joseph was always prompt and he provided a really good restaurant recommendation in the area. I would recommend deep clean for the washer, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Mr.Joseph was very helpful. He responds back quickly. I felt at home while on vacation. Very spacious and comfortable beds. The house is beautiful. Not sure who dog it was but that was the only annoying part. I had a great time.

Breezy House

I had much confusion regarding the location of the property. I am familiar with Puerto Rico and followed VRBO directions to visit the property days before I was to rent. It led me to a horrific property outside of the neighborhood. I was so appalled, with what I found, I panicked. I tried to cancel the reservation to no avail as the host and I went back and forth. I was enormously relieved when I received the check in information with the exact address on the day the rental was to start. Only then did I understand that the host and I were discussing different things. The neighborhood where the property is located is wonderful but getting there can be a little jarring because the surrounding area is not the best. Ultimately, my guests and I were very pleased with the accommodations and the host was immediately responsive whenever I had questions or needed guidance. I would rent it again.

Disappointed

Although Joseph was quick to respond when we called him we still had issues during our stay. Almost an hour after our arrival time we still had not received the code to enter the premises. We had to call the host. The house could use some major cleaning. During our entire stay we had no hot water except for one day when we called the host and than it was only warm. We were not able to use the washer because of the rust and a strong odor of mold and mildew. There was a rooster, a dog and a cat crowing, barking and meowing both day and night. To say the least it was not worth the price we paid. Hopefully after talking to Joseph these issues will be addressed and corrected.

First trip to Puerto Rico

We had an amazing stay. It was out first trip to Puerto Rico and bringing my kids along we wanted to avoid being cramped into a hotel. We had a total of 10 so we also booked the upstairs apartment for the additional space. Great neighborhood view with open patio to relax. The house was very clean. Joseph was very responsive to all questions I had during our 6 day stay. The neighborhood was very quiet & interactions with the neighbors was very friendly. We felt very welcome & safe. It rained a bit so we ended up pulling some games out of the closet but also added a couple that we picked up from Wal-Mart for the next visitors. The neighborhood is centrally located to shopping, beaches, restaurants & airport. With our early morning flight it only took us 15 minutes to get to SJU. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

The property is just as described. Even though there was just ac in the rooms the house stayed cooled. We realy enjoyed having a locked garage to park the car in and a very quiet neighborhood. Our host was easily contacted and even sent us recommendations for things to eat and do around the area. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy stay

Planned a week vacation to Puerto Rico. Had family from the island come up and stay also. The home was very spacious and everyone had their own room. The location was perfect for what we had planned. The kitchen was equipped with everything to make a few home cooked meals. Thank you for your hospitality and for making a memorable trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book.

I love this property!

I love this property! The place was beautiful, exactly as pictured. I didn’t realize until we got there that we only had access to the bottom half of the home and was worried about comfort, but it was so spacious and more than comfortable for my party of 5. What I loved the most was the amount of detail they provided for the stay. There are several laminated signs throughout the house that answer any and every question you could possibly have. We didn’t have to bother the host even once during our stay. Everything was so clear. Bonus: it rained badly one night while we were there and we were able to make the best of it using all the fun games in the closet. Stay here!!
