Beautiful views

We were very pleased with our stay. All info was accurate. I bought a stand up fan and donated it to the property for when one needed a little extra breeze. Communication was very good and friendly. Glad they had 3 battery powered lights as we lost power for about 18 hrs total during our stay. Excellent breeze blows through when the louvers are open. I highly recommend visiting the "Containers" just East in Luquillo for some food choices and free music. The best fish tacos I ever had. :)

Amazing views

Amazing views and close walk to the beach. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean. Great breeze kept it very comfortable. Location is great to access many tourist attractions by car. Excellent dining options in both the town of Luquillo and just outside the properties gated entrance. Large grocery store just across the highway. I would stay again.

The property is certainly located in Luquillo. You will have an amazing view from your balcony of the rain forest and the beach you will have Everything you need on site from volleyball courts to basketball , pool etc. The staff was excellent.

The apartment would be perfect if the air conditioning wasn't just by the bed, if the windows in the hallway were closed and if it was really clean. Unfortunately, it wasn't like that. Protective dishes, no dishwasher, no washing machine as stated in the description.

Clean condo beautiful view

The unit was clean and convenient to local shopping and restaurants. The grounds( pool, tennis court, basketball) of the condo were well maintained but the building is definitely showing it’s age. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. Cute decor and well stocked. Communication with property manager was great. We had a great time !

Beautiful views in Luquillo

We stayed here for 3 weeks, so we really lived in this place and in the area. The area is fantastic. Amazing beach, great complex, adorable town, and so close to must see things like Old San Juan and El Yunque Rainforest. Definitely recommend renting a car, because while you can walk to groceries and other conveniences, it'd be a shame to miss the sites that are a drive away.The place was comfortable (other reviews are right about the futons not being so comfy, though!). There were plenty of towels, beach supplies and kitchen needs. Even a very helpful welcome binder! We were there in January, so the 12th floor breeze through the main area was perfect, and we definitely used the AC in the bedroom. Host was responsive when we needed him.The complex has a big pool, various sport courts, beach entrance with shower to rinse the sand, and all of the staff were really wonderful! The laundry is actually a laundromat just outside the complex gate. Highly recommend the drop off service if you're staying a while. Luquillo is a fantastic place to relax and a great spot to stay and explore. This unit was absolutely worth the price and the complex had everything you need to enjoy some down time in a beautiful place.

Location was great!

The location was great, and the view was amazing. However, I would recommend adding an A/C unit or a larger fan for the living room, as the heat was quite unbearable at times, even on the 12th floor.

Wow!

Went to my beautiful island with no solid plans hoping for the best and wow did the universe deliver! The area is an amazing starting point for any adventure, but in all honesty the complex has all that would be in the perfect vacation wants; they have a pool, beach access from the complex!!! Yes from the complex! Sleeping with the sounds of the waves is an experience in itself, would. Love to stay again. FYI- this cozy space was very well designed. Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

Property was overall good. The sofa beds weren’t really comfortable. Amazing view and an easy walk to the beach. Air condition is only in the bedroom but during the day the breeze feels great. Gets a little warm at night if the wind isn’t blowing. I would stay again.

Excellent place

They literally have everything you need down to the salt and pepper The location is amazing and the views were phenomenal. The living room gets hot. That’s the only negative thing I have to say. Make sure you open the blinds. The kioskos are not even a 5 min drive and it’s a party all the time so much fun Me and my family will definitely be returning

Great for small families

We stayed with our two young children. Location is great, the beach is right outside the gate. Apartment was stocked with beach gear and toys which we took full advantage of. Kids loved all the friendly cats hanging around. Highly recommend!
