The Villa has a beautiful view of the golf course. All areas (dinning, living, bed rooms) are very roomy. They even have beach equipment I.e. chairs, bags, coolers, sand toys for the kids). Everything was exceptional. The community is very quiet which provides for a very goodnight sleep. It is also located very conveniently to great restaurants, beaches, and rainforest.

Spacious enough for the whole family with a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful beach that is not crowded. Not able to use pool by the beach and not walkable to the beach with young kids or elderly.

What a perfect well kept property for our vacation. Nadia and Tony were wonderful hosts. We absolutely will stay with them again should our vacation plans bring us back to Puerto Rico which I am sure they will as we loved it. So much to do, the beach was so wonderful, the villa was beautiful and perfect for my wife my brother and his wife and myself.

This VRBO far exceeded our expectations, and we already knew we were going into a lovely place. The owners went above and beyond to make our Christmas family trip special. The condo itself is much more spacious that the photos can capture. We are a family who cooks all our meals at home, and everything you need is there. We rented the golf cart, and the other reviews are correct about the hills. Our family is super athletic, however we traveled with our grandma and also carted kitesurfing gear to/from the beach, so it was worth it. Note: the golf cart is new and seats 6-9 passengers. It’s hard to explain, but it really is a steep uphill both to & from the beach, so plan ahead. They condo within the Wyndham property is so fantastic — meaning the entire resort property sits on a beautiful section of beach and is very well maintained. Our biggest highlight is that the large condo was well decorated for the holiday which made our family trip that much more amazing! We played music through the tv and all sat in front of the beautiful Christmas tree playing games. THANK YOU!

Great place for relaxing. I will definitely recommend this place . Initially It was a bit of a challenge to find the Villa once on the resort. Best part was having my morning coffee over looking the golf course.

The Villa was not as clean as I had hoped and there were ants in kitchen and bathrooms. Villa was spacious. Beds were comfortable. There were not many extra towels- only 2 for the beach. The coffee pot is very small for a 3 bedroom vila- makes only @ 2 cups so if you have a large group you are making many pots. Host was responsive at first, but we sent several texts with questions without a response while on property. Also, some information was outdated and confusing. For example- one place says check out was at 10 and another said 11:00 and there was some confusion about which pools we were allowed to use. Overall, our stay was comfortable. Rio Mar is very pretty area.

Fabulous Family Vacay

My family and I stayed in the villa for our annual trip to PR, and the villa did not disappoint, the house was spacious, a/c’s in all rooms, and all the conveniences of home. The host provides EVERYTHING you will need from beach chairs and coolers to games for a game night, everything is labeled and all TV’s were easy to use. The mattress in the main suite was a bit too soft for my taste but I still slept like a baby! LOL!My favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony on one of the rockers and enjoy the view and the peace. The surrounding area is one of our favorite places to stay as it is close to everything and still offers the beauty of nature. I highly recommend this villa! Our host Nadia was easy to reach and answered any questions we had.

Family time

The home was lovely, close to the beach and pool. Safe and quiet area, villa was comfortable for our family of 6. The host was attentive and easy to reach when needed. Our family was relaxed and had the best time ever.

Great location

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, large enough to easily accommodate our party of 6 adults and close to many activities. The kitchen was well appointed and the ice machine was so nice to have. The only issue was not having access to the beachside pool. The listing includes it as an available amenity but at the time we were there access was limited to and hotel guests and owners only. While this was disclosed in the FAQ we received after booking, I missed it in my quick perusal of the document. It would have been nice to have this noted on the listing.Overall a wonderful place and we would not hesitate to stay there again

Family treasure

We had alittle trouble finding our Villa but when we did we were so happy. I loved having coffee out on the patio. Beds were very comfortable. The property management staff were very prompt in responding to my questions. Maybe supply more kitchen towels and dish towels. Wonderful vacation with my family

Property is clean with access to a private beach and close to the national forest El Yonque.Beds were comfy, and it was a lovely home.Only recommendation would be to get a car; the walk to the beach is up/down a huge hill

Nice Condo in good location

The condo was clean and enough room for 7 adults although the room with 3 twins is misleading. One bed is a trundle bed and when you pull it out there is no room to get out of the other beds so we couldn't use it. 3 full bathrooms was nice. The coffee maker didn't work and we were told to use the espresso maker instead which only makes one cup at a time and kept tripping the outlet, which was annoying. The power in the entire area went out for 17 hours (Not the owners fault) but the backup battery packs they had to plug in the fridge and our phones were both dead. We did charge them once the electricity came back on for the next group but it would have been nice if they were charged for us. The condo is on the golf course and not near the beach. It was approximately 7-8 blocks to the beach and about a mile to the hotel, casino, restaurants. There was no free parking at the hotel. We only found one pool that was available for us to use. The nice big pool down by the beach we were told was only for hotel guests. There were lots of restaurants nearby to drive to and it was close to the rain forest and not too far to the malls or Old San Juan. Despite the issues we did enjoy our stay

Great place for our family

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and loved this place. It was very clean and in a great location. We loved the beach at the bottom of the hill. Big enough waves to be fun, but not dangerous. We have been to a lot of beaches and this was the best balance of fun and safety.

Fantastic stay

This villa is amazing. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets and sheets, plenty of beach supplies provided, kitchen appliances worked perfectly, place is right next to the beach, pool, casino, etc. we all had such a fun weekend at this property.

Great Family Time!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The home was as advertised and immaculately clean. There was plenty of room for my children to work in the mornings at the dining room table, and we all enjoyed the lovely porch. The location was great for our trip to El Yunque and Old San Juan as well as convenient to the lovely pool and beach. The security of the properties is a bit confusing initially but the owner was responsive and helpful. We appreciated our stay and would definitely come back to this lovely property!

We are so thankful for the golf cart. The pools/restaurants were a far walk and it was very hilly! The golf cart made it a fun adventure for the kids anytime we went to dinner at the resort or went to the beach. So much more fun than driving. The house was perfect. Despite being far from the hotel, we loved having a place of our own with a washer/dryer, kitchen, and multi bedrooms. The back deck was very relaxing with the hammock. We took several excursions-snorkeling, kayaking, and an el yunque tour which were all amazing. We wanted to stay an extra week!
