Beautiful Isla Verde Beachfront Condo with Incredible Views in Marbella Oeste!

  • Disfrute de las espectaculares vistas de la playa de Isla Verde y el océano desde su balcón y cada ventana de este condominio recientemente remodelado, exclusivo y para no fumadores. Ubicado en el edificio Marbella del Caribe Oeste (Oeste) con acceso directo a nuestra prístina playa de arena y aguas cristalinas.

    El condominio es perfecto para una familia de hasta cuatro o dos parejas. Incluye todos los servicios, como televisores de pantalla plana, cable, WiFi de alta velocidad, aire acondicionado, cocina completa, lavadora / secadora, y muebles y ropa de cama cómodos y de buen gusto. Las camas gemelas XL en el segundo dormitorio se convierten en rey. También se incluyen sillas de playa, toallas de playa y tablas para el cuerpo.

    Hay un lugar de estacionamiento subterráneo dedicado y seguridad en la recepción las 24 horas. Los inquilinos tienen acceso completo a la piscina, al tenis y a otros servicios del área común.

    Convenientemente ubicados en el corazón de Isla Verde, los inquilinos están a corta distancia a pie de las opciones de restaurantes informales, de lujo y frente al mar. Walgreens está directamente cruzando la calle y CVS está a dos cuadras de distancia. Viejo San Juan está a poca distancia en coche o viaje de Uber. Estancia mínima de tres noches.

Property was beautiful, well maintained, excellent quality in everything. We had a great parking spot that was super close to the elevator, great amenities like boogie boards, coolers beach chairs, which were very helpful on our excursions. Hostess very communicative and helpful. Level of quality of items in the apartment was great. Wish kitchen was a little bigger would prob be only complaint I have. Super close and accessible to everything in all directions & all excursions. We would def stay stay rhere again!

The absolute perfect vacation rental for our stay at PR. The view from the balcony and rooms were stunning from sunrise to sunset. It's located right on the beach, near the airport, and you can walk out the building and have a variety of restaurants in walking distance. There's even a Walgreens down the street. We felt very safe with the security guard assigned to the building, and the lot was gated as well. The condo was very clean and Michelle was very helpful and quick to respond if you need assistance with anything.

This is an amazing location literally right on the beach - lots of security and fob access so you at no point ever feel unsafe. Lots of restaurants and did I mention the beach?!! It was perfect for a girls trip with teenagers. I would 100% book this location again!

Wonderful spectacular view apt!Tastefully decorated and has many beach amenities like chairs,cooler,bogey boards,volleyball.There are some board games for a rainy day too.Excellent communication with the owners.Before arrival there had been water issues in PR and they kept me updated before arrival.Will definitely come back again

Great location, great view. Accommodations were very comfortable and secure. Wish the kitchen was better equipped for cooking. Our first trip to PR, we will come back.

What a blissful stay! The apartment is beautiful, spotless and thoughtfully appointed with every detail in mind for a very comfortable stay ( great hairdryer, in unit washer and dryer, reliable hot water heater ). Breakfast every morning on the balcony with a wonderful ocean view and listening to the waves was one highlight among many.The hosts were so kind , welcoming and responsive before, during and after our stay. We can hardly wait to return!

The apartment was immaculate and very beautiful. Michelle and Mike thought of every item someone on vacation could need. We felt well cared for. We have been going to Marbella Del Caribe for 18 years and this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in.

The beach access and overall location was fantastic. The accommodations were comfortable and all we could have asked for. We will be back next year!

Great location!

Pictures are accurate, perfect spot at the beach and being able to walk to many different places to eat was nice. Loved the big tv and great access to many channels too!

I had an outstanding experience here. The accommodations were beautiful and felt like a true home away from home. The location was a huge plus—it was safe, clean, and perfectly situated. This place truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it!

The pre information packet was very useful. The condo was nicely laid out and comfortable, with the best views. Casa de Michele qualifies for a repeat visit in 2026!
